Isozumo is delicious!
My tastes are blurred when I drink this kind of sake.
I wasn't looking for something that refreshing, but the ...... umami is very good.
I don't have a good image of it being a honjozo (preconceived notion), but it makes me think that it doesn't matter.
It is a very well-rounded and nice sake!

The menu reads, "Urara Romain."
I wondered what "Ura" meant. I asked, but the label did not say "Uraroman.
I guess it is a middle palate.
It seemed somewhat thick.
It is delicious!
