Purchased at Ozawa Sake Brewery. It is a limited edition sake. I have had many Sawanoi, but I was surprised by its mild and full-bodied sweetness. It has the freshness of a fresh sake, but it is delicious with a thick, clinging sweetness. Sawanoi is easy to pair with all kinds of food and is very useful, but it is not for everyone. I drank it right away because it is enjoyable on its own, but next time I can get it, I would like to try it with kakuni (stewed cubes of meat). Thank you for the sake.

I have been curious about this sake for a while. It is a sake from Kyoto, and they are particular about junmai sake. I also like the name "Mori-ba-ri". When I drank it, I found it to be It was sweet and refreshing. And delicious. It has a nice bubbly taste and a good sharpness, so it is good as a food sake. After two days of drinking, the bubbles have settled down, and the sake has become thicker, more umami, and sweeter. In this way, it can be enjoyed on its own. I heard that it is made from 100% Gohyakumangoku, but I will have to compare the two to find out for sure. Thank you very much for the sake.

Made with white malted rice. Special Junmai sake. Nama. Since it was summer, we wanted a shuwashu. When I opened it, it blew out quite vigorously. I chilled it well. It is cloudy, but the mouthfeel is clean. As soon as you take it into your mouth, you can feel the sweetness, but it soon runs out and disappears. It is very sharp. It is easy to match with food, and is the best for the first drink in hot summer. Anyway, it is important to chill it well. It was delicious.

Omachi was so good that I bought Yamadanishiki as well. Yamada-Nishiki has enough unctuous sweetness and umami. However, the clean acidity does a good job in the background. Thanks to this, it gives the impression of being able to cut through without being cloying. After a day, the acidity has decreased and the sweetness has come to the fore. Aji Nanban zuke goes well with it. Vinegar goes well with it.
