This is my first Sakura series. It is light, not too acidic, and easy to drink, making it ideal for hanami sake, but dangerous to drink too much. ⚠️

The taste is sweet as expected, but not cloying and elegant. The store has tank #1 and tank #2 in stock, and according to the store, they have different lingering flavors.

Junmai Ginjo Manzai Gojuugo Shiboritate Naogumi Namaizu Limited The one with the Doala label. We compared it with the one with a different rice polishing ratio. The Doala is fresher and more refreshing than the Mantai Gojugo.

On the sidelines of a business trip to Tokyo, or perhaps the business trip was more of a side trip. I went to Yui Sake Shop in Asakusa, which I had long wanted to visit. I had planned to come here for a drink last night, but the rain was too much and I had to give up. This morning, I went to Asakusa early to try my hand at Edo faceting and made a sake cup. I had longed to make a hexagonal kagome design, but it was not something I could do on my first try, so I tried my hand at a simplified version of my favorite Yarai design. Diagonal lines are a challenge 💦. The hour and a half flew by and I just barely managed to finish one round. I want to do it again! And I can't wait to drink sake with it! At Yui Sake Shop, there were many paid tastings, and I had a hard time deciding which sake to try, but I chose the Amami Junmai Daiginjo. The name "Amami" is said to be derived from "Amaterasu" and "Biroku," each of which means "to brew the blessings of the heavens. The aroma is fresh, clean, and gorgeous, Light acidity and bitterness, a hint of sweetness, and a beautiful flavor. Delicious!
