After one bottle is opened, it is hard to go to the next one... So, it's been a while. This is also a gift from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The label is very cute! It's moderately sweet, which I like. It was delicious cold, but it might also be good lukewarm.

It was a gift. It has a fruity aroma, a little sweetness, and a clean, easy-drinking aftertaste. It is definitely delicious and easy to drink, even for people who are not used to drinking sake. It is a quintessential Otter Sake...but I wonder if it is a luxury that I feel it is lacking something.

I finally finished the last bottle of Amanoto Miina, so I opened a new bottle after a long time. When you drink alone, it is difficult to run out of bottles. So I bought this special junmai namaishu from Ureshitaya on a trip to Fukuoka! It is very fruity, slightly sweet, and very easy to drink due to the low alcohol content. It is not very sharp and interesting, but it is simply delicious. Local sake is good.

I've been busy to death lately, so it's been a while since I've had a drink. Today's sake is a low-purity 80%, but... I guess low-purity sake doesn't have a tag. It's not fruity or gorgeous, but it's moist and tasty, and gives the impression of smoked silver! The price is reasonable (probably because of the low whiteness), about 2,000 yen for a bottle, and it's a very cost-effective sake. It was also delicious when heated in the microwave, so if you can warm it up properly, by all means, go for it!

It's a kijoshu, a nama-shu, and a nigori-shu... too many attributes, don't you think? It's a kijo-zake, but it's also a raw sake, so it's a bit too much. The acidity and the sourness are assertive, and it is very much a kijo-zake! It is not so much sweet as it is kijo-zake. It gives the impression of a sweet, thick doburoku rather than a kijoshu, which may not be what you expect from a kijoshu! It may not be what you expect from a kijoshu. Of course, it is delicious!

I got the Ardbeg anamorphic and I was cheating for a while (whispering). So, it's been a while since I've had a sake, but this is a kijoshu. It seems that the brewing water (brewing sake?) is made from the raw sake of the sake brewing process. The taste is very complex, rich, and delicious. It is naturally sweet because it is a kijoshu, but it also has a moderate acidity, so it is not too sweet, and yet it has a rich and complex flavor that is difficult to describe. It has a deep, rich, complex umami flavor that is difficult to describe. It is a perfect example of a sweet and tasty sake.

Hatsudasake.... Anyway, it is a very tasty sake. It has sweetness, but it is not strong, and it has a clean aftertaste. It's just delicious, and I can probably drink it for the rest of my life. A colleague of mine who used to work in Aomori said, "I'm tired of drinking Tasake.

It's like a light sweet, fruity mass. It is a sake that is in the easy-drinking zone, and if you are not careful, you can drink it quickly (and for the price), which is very dangerous. It is very tasty, but not at a price you can easily afford.

It is made from fodder rice, apparently. I fell in love at first sight when I drank it in Nara and bought all the brands available. It is dark, strong, sweet and delicious. I guess there are different tastes, but I like it better than Mimuro Sugi or Kaze no Mori.

A new sake from Sakusaku! It is sweet on the palate and finishes nicely, which I like very much. I like it very much. It is very easy to drink, which makes it a dangerous sake in many ways.

14yo Ginjo-shu. It is delicious without any problem, and while it is not at a premium, it is good in its own right. For better or worse, it is a good example of the difficulty of sake.

He is the one who dragged me into the old sake swamp. The sense of maturity is modest, but the rice flavor is amazing, and it's just delicious. I've had a lot of them, but this one is still my favorite.

The name "Hashu Honor" alone is enough to get me excited. The beautiful notes, the sweetness that is just right without being overpowering, the umami, and the sharpness of the aftertaste are all very tasty ... but the Jyushiyo I drank just before was too good for my palate, so the impact was relatively weak. I think I drank them in the wrong order...

Kijo-shu is the most famous sake of Hana-Hato. It is a blend of aged kijoshu, which is too much information even before you drink it. It is a sweet sake with a strong dried fruit flavor (most kijo-zake is like this). It would probably be good with blue cheese.

Overwhelming apples. It's apples without a doubt. If you were to serve it as a white wine made from cider, you would probably believe it without a doubt. It is a sweet and sour wine that is easy to understand, and if you are not careful, you will drink too much of it.

It is a kijoshu, a type of sake made from sake made in Japan. It is naturally sweet because it is a kijo-zake, but it is not as heavy sweet as other kijo-zake, and has a sweet and sour taste. The taste is clear, and even beginners can enjoy it. It is an even more unusual type of kijoshu, and I really like this kind of sake!

I received this cup as an apology for all the trouble I had at the restaurant. I can only say that it has a great flavor, a great aroma, and a great balance... I can see why it's so popular and rare.

Old wine is still good... This one is also rather easy to drink. I am not sure if it is easy to drink in general, though, since it is an old sake standard. On the one hand, I wish the quality of koshu would spread more, but on the other hand, it is a rare product, so I don't want to see the number of rivals increase.

Kamo Goyo's 20 year old sake I think I bought it for about 2000 yen, but I don't know if this class of sake should be sold at such a price... The aroma is moderate for the long aging period, and the taste is old sake, but it has little habit and is easy to drink. I don't really care, but the taste of old sake is hard to describe.

First post at Koshu The aged aroma and taste are not that strong, and it may be easy to drink for an old sake. The aftertaste has a honey-like nuance, so it might be good with ice cream.
