I secured this sake because it happened to be on sale at a liquor store near the Gardens! This is the sake that got me interested in sake. When I went to Ine-cho carrying my camera on a photo trip a long time ago, I happened to see it at dinner and ordered it by accident. It was the first time for me to order sake! I remember it shattering my stereotype that sake was not tasty. So, I always keep a bottle of Ine-Manbairaki whenever I see it. It has a sweet and sour taste with a touch of astringency, and it is a unique sake like a sweet wine (or is it more like grape juice?). If you serve it in a glass without talking, you probably wouldn't think it was sake. Maybe my world is too small, but I think this taste is unique as a sake. I also included the view of Ine Town that I took at the time (I was using a smartphone at the time, so the picture quality is not that great...).

I've been addicted to drinking beer balls without cracking them recently, so I haven't had any sake for a long time because I've been slow on the sake. I'm not sure if anyone understands my not cracking the beer ball.... So I bought this Daishichi at a department store fair or something. It is a robust, rich, dry sake, with a fairly strong alcohol content. It is very good as a food sake to go with strong flavored meals.

It's been a long time since I drank outside, and I was so drunk that I don't remember much ... . It was an unforgivable mistake for a drinker....... It was a traditional sake with a strong flavor, and went very well with the avocado yukke we had together (I think). The alcohol content was quite high, so it's good when you want to have a strong drink with a solid accompaniment.

I bought it (for the half bottle) because I heard a rumor that you can easily lenghthen and heat sake using an empty bottle. Since I was so curious, I heated up the original contents as well. According to the instructions on the bottle, it should be lukewarm in 1 minute, but when I followed the instructions, it was clearly hot... I tried different temperatures while letting it cool down (for the second time), but I liked the aroma and taste of the warmed sake. It's not a beautiful type of sake at all, but I've never had a sake that felt like "sake" when heated. It is not at all a beautiful type of sake, but it is perfect for drinking sake that has a "sake" feeling when heated. Of course, I keep an empty bottle.

Almost Jacket (label?) I buy them. I love niche items like this, not just sake. It tastes sweet and delicious, and is a rich and mellow wine that goes well with butter. It goes well with cheese and maybe avocado or prosciutto. I regret that I should have tried it with blue cheese after drinking it all.

This is a dark mellow dry type sake that we got in small bottles. Although the name is peanut, the sake itself has a subtle peanut taste...maybe a little? It is a bit like a peanut. It is said to go well with nuts, but the amount was too small and I could only match it with pistachios that I had on hand. It went well with pistachios. If you want to match it with a normal meal, white fish with strong flavor would be a good match.......? It would also be delicious heated up, but the amount is too much...(

It's been so hot lately that I wanted to cool off... That's why I was attracted to the cool label. Although it is a sweet and sour type, it is quite dry with a low sweetness, contrary to the (selfish) impression it may look like. It is a type of sake that you will find yourself running out of because it is light in both sweetness and alcohol content. It is also delicious on the rocks or with soda.

It was hot, so I opened a sparkling ( *¯ㅿ¯*) It is more like a sweet white sparkling wine than a sake. The aroma is pear-like. The carbonation makes it easy to drink and not too sweet. I don't think I should describe it in this way, but I dare say that it is a very popular drink among women. The alcohol content is 12%, so it is just right for when you want a light drink.

Old sake bought on a trip to Fukuoka. When I asked at a sake store if they had any old sake, they said this was the only one they had, so I had no choice (´-ω-`). It has a moderate aged aroma, and when drunk chilled, the acidity comes in quickly followed by umami, which is delicious but not easy to drink. The true essence of the wine is when it is heated up to 40-50℃, which gives a very different impression. Especially at 45℃ or higher, it becomes much more refreshing and easy to drink.

Shinmasa Ecru was served to me at a Japanese sake bar in Shinyoko. It wasn't even on the menu, but they served it to a first-timer... Needless to say, the taste is delicious. The sweetness spreads quickly and the acidity finishes it off nicely. If I had learned to drink this kind of sake at the beginning, I would have been swamped much sooner.

This was given to me after work during a business trip to Yokohama. This is the only kind of enjoyment I get on business trips. I was looking for local sake in Shin-Yokohama, but couldn't find it at all. I guess Kanagawa Prefecture doesn't really promote local sake. Regardless, Matsumidori is a sweet-tasting sake with a very good balance of sweetness and acidity. I had it cold, but it might be good at a higher temperature. It is a pity that I could not buy the local sake because I really liked it so much...

Dark, heavy and delicious. (And informative). The alcohol is strong and very drinkable. It's young at 2016 brewing, so the sense of aging is blah, but it's dark at any rate, so it's perfectly fine with cheese and the like. It is not an easy drink, but it was a personal strike for me.

The one I bought on my trip to Hakata. I have a weakness for local and limited editions... So it seems to be a limited edition from the local Tomozoe bookstore. Omachi! It has a nice umami taste with a clean finish, which I like a lot. Local cuisine and local sake are the best part of a trip.

After one bottle is opened, it is hard to go to the next one... So, it's been a while. This is also a gift from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The label is very cute! It's moderately sweet, which I like. It was delicious cold, but it might also be good lukewarm.

It was a gift. It has a fruity aroma, a little sweetness, and a clean, easy-drinking aftertaste. It is definitely delicious and easy to drink, even for people who are not used to drinking sake. It is a quintessential Otter Sake...but I wonder if it is a luxury that I feel it is lacking something.

I finally finished the last bottle of Amanoto Miina, so I opened a new bottle after a long time. When you drink alone, it is difficult to run out of bottles. So I bought this special junmai namaishu from Ureshitaya on a trip to Fukuoka! It is very fruity, slightly sweet, and very easy to drink due to the low alcohol content. It is not very sharp and interesting, but it is simply delicious. Local sake is good.

I've been busy to death lately, so it's been a while since I've had a drink. Today's sake is a low-purity 80%, but... I guess low-purity sake doesn't have a tag. It's not fruity or gorgeous, but it's moist and tasty, and gives the impression of smoked silver! The price is reasonable (probably because of the low whiteness), about 2,000 yen for a bottle, and it's a very cost-effective sake. It was also delicious when heated in the microwave, so if you can warm it up properly, by all means, go for it!

It's a kijoshu, a nama-shu, and a nigori-shu... too many attributes, don't you think? It's a kijo-zake, but it's also a raw sake, so it's a bit too much. The acidity and the sourness are assertive, and it is very much a kijo-zake! It is not so much sweet as it is kijo-zake. It gives the impression of a sweet, thick doburoku rather than a kijoshu, which may not be what you expect from a kijoshu! It may not be what you expect from a kijoshu. Of course, it is delicious!

I got the Ardbeg anamorphic and I was cheating for a while (whispering). So, it's been a while since I've had a sake, but this is a kijoshu. It seems that the brewing water (brewing sake?) is made from the raw sake of the sake brewing process. The taste is very complex, rich, and delicious. It is naturally sweet because it is a kijoshu, but it also has a moderate acidity, so it is not too sweet, and yet it has a rich and complex flavor that is difficult to describe. It has a deep, rich, complex umami flavor that is difficult to describe. It is a perfect example of a sweet and tasty sake.
