This is a dark mellow dry type sake that we got in small bottles. Although the name is peanut, the sake itself has a subtle peanut taste...maybe a little? It is a bit like a peanut. It is said to go well with nuts, but the amount was too small and I could only match it with pistachios that I had on hand. It went well with pistachios. If you want to match it with a normal meal, white fish with strong flavor would be a good match.......? It would also be delicious heated up, but the amount is too much...(
