This was given to me after work during a business trip to Yokohama.
This is the only kind of enjoyment I get on business trips.
I was looking for local sake in Shin-Yokohama, but couldn't find it at all.
I guess Kanagawa Prefecture doesn't really promote local sake.
Regardless, Matsumidori is a sweet-tasting sake with a very good balance of sweetness and acidity.
I had it cold, but it might be good at a higher temperature.
It is a pity that I could not buy the local sake because I really liked it so much...
