I've been addicted to drinking beer balls without cracking them recently, so I haven't had any sake for a long time because I've been slow on the sake.
I'm not sure if anyone understands my not cracking the beer ball....
So I bought this Daishichi at a department store fair or something.
It is a robust, rich, dry sake, with a fairly strong alcohol content.
It is very good as a food sake to go with strong flavored meals.
