Okunomatsu Junmai Daiginjo
I have had Daiginjos before, but this is my first Junmai Daiginjo.
It is easy to drink, and I feel relieved when I drink it.
A fancy flight like a wine bottle.
As for the taste, I was not very impressed. It was fruity, easy to drink, and undoubtedly tasty, but I felt it had less personality than other daiginjos I've had. To put it another way, is it suitable for everyone?
Hi cheimy 😃
We are having a drinking party on 8/6 at the Sake no Wa remote, if you can make it? We're having a lot of women recently 👍This will be the last time we'll be doing this on a large scale.
It is smooth and tasty.
Soft on the palate, with a mellow sweetness like ripe apples.
The aroma is so strong that you can smell it from the glass of the person across from you.
It is sweet, but has no rice smell at all, and is very fruity.

Comparison
I like it better than Ganki Daiginjo.
The impression is that it is a typical sake. There are different tastes.
It is a sake to be drunk in a kotatsu (a Japanese table with a kotatsu) with strongly seasoned dishes.
It won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition.
It is described as having a "fruity, gentle and mellow taste," but I found it to be quite dry for a daiginjo.
It has a strong aroma and taste, and can be savored even after drinking other sakes.
Shizuku Sake
Too good to be true. It has depth of flavor, is elegant, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
Even though I drank it at the end of a long list of good sakes, it is still as good as the others.
I chose this sake by name.
I like Fukushima sake because it is clean and refreshing.
This is also an unpasteurized sake, but it is easy to drink and has a good price.
Clean and delicious.
It has a strong umami taste, but it has a clean taste that washes your mouth. It is good for the end.
This time, I had it after Sogen.
