I thought it would be spicy because it is a pure sake, but it is surprisingly easy to drink.
It goes in easily, and the elegant sweetness spreads.

Drink after Eikun → Good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is as good as Eikun in terms of drinkability, but the aroma is more subdued.

This 500ml bottle of Kubota, available only in April, is cool to the eye.
The taste is clear and elegant with a sweetness reminiscent of melting snow.

Winner of the Daiginjo category of the 2021 Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards. It is dry, refreshing, and has an elegant aroma.
Compared to Sogen and Fukuju's daiginjos, it may lack a little richness.

It is clear and sweet like a white wine, and would go well with French cuisine.
