When I stopped by a nearby Yamaya because I ran out of beer, I suddenly looked at the refrigerator and saw this Eikun. Perhaps partly because the cosmetics were better than other sake. I usually have a bottle of Eikun, but Yamaya doesn't have it. Still, I guess 1400 yen was cheap. Nama sake is good. Last time I bought the hi-ire sake, so I wanted to buy the nama-shu.
The aroma was fruity, but it was a bit lacking. But it is easy to drink with little acidity. Personally, I would like it to be more assertive. The rice polishing is 60%, but why?
Are there many sake like this in Kyoto? I must drink other sake as well.
