I bought it at Shirakikuya in Takatsuki City, Osaka for just under 3,000 yen. I always think it is difficult to buy because there is no price tag and they are not very friendly. There is no Jikin, which is supposed to be there, on the shelf. It's not easy for first-time buyers. I took my time to find a junmai draft sake for 3,000 yen, and decided on Daijiro, which barely had a price tag on it. I really wanted to try a sake from another prefecture that I had never had before. The aroma was a bit fruity, but it was also very drinkable, which made me realize how good sake really is. But isn't sake expensive these days? I wish they would make it 720ml like wine and sell it at a lower price.

When I went sightseeing in Nara, I bought it at a sake shop called Narasen Yusai for 1,500 yen. I wanted to buy a bottle, but the owner said they don't make one. I had drunk other Kaze no Mori before, so I chose Alpha 1 for the first time. 70% polished rice and brewed with ultra-hard water sounded intriguing. When you try to open the bottle, be careful, because it makes a popping sound. When you pour it into a glass, you will see bubbles like carbonated water. It has a fruity aroma, and when you take a sip, it is juicy like a white wine. It is also good as an aperitif. It is light, but it also has a strong sake flavor. This is delicious! This is a different sake from the ones I have had in the past. I would recommend this to anyone who is new to sake or is looking for a fruity, modern sake. All of Kaze no Mori are delicious.

Purchased at Shirakikuya in Takatsuki Tomita, Osaka, it is overwhelmingly affordable at about 2,500 yen. And it's Junmai, pure sake, no need to say anything. The rice is polished to 65%, but I'm not particular about that. I drank about 2 gou of sake after drinking 500ml of beer in this hot weather, but somehow I got intoxicated. I don't usually get that drunk, but when I looked at the alcohol content, it was a whopping 17.5. I guess it was because of this. I like fruity sake, but this one is more for the experts. But this is more like drinking. It's firm and drinkable, but still has the goodness of nama-shu, which is also delicious. It's orikarami, but it doesn't taste like it. The price is great. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

On the way back from camping, we went to Mitomiku Sake Brewery. I wondered if the place was really here, and was relieved when I saw the sign. The stylish exterior and inside of the store had a wonderful atmosphere. There are not many varieties of sake, but I was glad to be able to purchase a bottle of Sanrensei, the sake I was looking for. The sake is delicious, with the fruity flavor that is so popular now and the old-fashioned sake-like taste. The label is reminiscent of the Black Triple Star from Gundam First, but perhaps not related at all. The three stars are said to have three particular characteristics. Check the website. I'm sure I'll become a fan. If you like sake, you should stop by at least once. I am glad that they are trying their best to promote sake, and I want to support them. It is a sake that I would like you to try.

I asked the clerk at a liquor store (Shirakikuya) in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture, for a pure, unpasteurized sake for about 3000 yen, and he recommended this one. I have had other Koei Kiku sake, but I think it has become a little more expensive and a little more expensive than before. But this one is reasonable. I guess the name comes from the 100% rice called "Saga no Hana". The alcohol content is slightly low at 13%, making it easy to drink. It is fruity and I think it is well received by amateurs. I recommend this bottle.

Another bottle that my wife bought me for my birthday. Kushira from the same brewery was delicious, so I was sure this would be the one. The first sip was a bit of a splash, then a nice balance of acidity and umami as it spread across the palate and down the throat. Yamada-Nishiki is still delicious. But it's not just that, it's also the sake brewer who makes it. This is the most delicious sake. It is a sake that is both modern and old-fashioned, and will be well received by all.

My wife bought it for me as a birthday present from Hirakata. When you hear that it is a junmai ginjo, raw Nakatori and Omachi, you think for sure. I assumed it was a fruity sake based on my experience so far, but I was betrayed in a good way. I didn't know there was such a sake. It's so refreshing. This is a sake that goes well with all kinds of food. Nama-zake is sweet, so it is more suitable for Japanese food than for Italian food. But I think this one goes with everything. Please think you have been fooled and try it.

I bought a bottle at Shirakikuya in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture. When I brought a bottle with a price tag of 2,300 yen for a bottle, I was told 3,000 yen... When I said no, they said they would give me a different one, so I asked for that one. I don't know what the rice polishing ratio is, but it's easy to drink, and I guess it's a good sake to drink on a daily basis. I drink it about 2 or 3 times a week, about 2 gou at a time, so it's just right. It's a delicious and kind of mysterious sake.

This is the sake I drank on Setsubun in 2024. My wife bought this Sharaku for me, and it is as delicious as the rumors say. It is a fruity sake that can be enjoyed by everyone. It is very popular and hard to find, and is even sold at a high price on the Internet. I want to support them in any way I can with sake from Fukushima, and I hope they will continue to make delicious sake. You can't go wrong with Miyazumi.

The taste is more refreshing than you would expect, yet sweet and delicious. Perhaps this will be better if I let it sit for a bit. I stop by Nabari a few times a year, so I will definitely be stopping by and purchasing this from now on. I'd also like to take a tour of the brewery.

I bought this when I went sightseeing in Nara. I had wanted to drink it but could not buy it, but I happened to look up the store and got it! The aroma was already fruity, and when I took a sip, its mellow flavor spread further down my throat. It is definitely one of the three sakes I have ever had. I really wanted to buy a bottle of 1 shou (1.4 liters), but there were none in the fridge, so I opted for a 4-gou bottle since it was my first time drinking this sake. The price of 1,400 yen without tax is inexpensive. I would like to encourage people who say they don't like sake to try it.

I bought it at Kadoya Sake Shop in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, where I usually buy sake. I was looking for a 3,000-yen bottle of raw sake and found Kouei Kiku, so I bought a twilight orange for the first time. It cost about 3,200 yen. I am looking forward to it because I have an image that the other two bottles were delicious. I drank it with my recent obsession, halami meat. The aroma is fruity. When you put it in your mouth and swallow it slowly, you can feel the fruity and sour taste that reminds you of citrus fruits. The aftertaste is also refreshing. It goes well with the jalami. However, the acidity is stronger than expected. It would probably taste better if you let it sit for a few days after opening the bottle. Each Kouei Chrysanthemum has its own character. This may be a good thing. The alcohol content is slightly low at 13%. It seems that there are two types of people who like it or dislike it. I think it is for those who like strong acidity. Also, I think it would be good with strongly seasoned food, Chinese food, etc. As I drink 1-2 gou every couple of days, this sake is just right for me. I am looking forward to drinking it again.

Miyazumi Meizumi brewery is better known for its Sharaku (寫樂) sake, but this local brand is just as good. In my opinion, this Miyazumi is more cost-effective and tastier, costing 3,219 yen for a bottle. When you open the bottle and pour it into a glass and put your nose close to it, you can smell the sweet aroma of pear and melon. I love Kaiun, so my expectations are high. As soon as I take a sip, the juiciness spreads in my mouth and the umami comes by the time it goes down my throat. The moderate alcohol and the unique sweetness of the raw sake match each other perfectly. It goes well with the fish I had with it, and I couldn't help but smile and say, "Yum! This is a bonanza. I had had it last year, but it wasn't on draft, so I regretted it a little. I enjoyed it with my favorite Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) and oysters grilled in butter and soy sauce. 14% alcohol by volume makes it easy to drink, and the fruity aroma and mouth-watering flavor are very pleasant. Buy R1BY on a dare. 3,300 yen at Miyawaki Sake Shop. It is too cosy. Black is Yamadanishiki. Pink is Omachi and green is Miyamanishiki. Is this black the first time it is listed? I don't see much twitter or anything, but I really like Yamadanishiki. It is sweet and delicious, like a pear or melon. I don't know if it is because it has been aged, but it lingers after drinking. This is evidence of a good sake. I think it is a sake that deserves more recognition. I recommend it to sake beginners. Machida Sake Brewery is the one that made me fall in love with sake. Unfiltered, 100% Yamada, milled rice ratio 50% koji rice, 60% kake rice, 14% alcohol. You can tell that this sake is made with rice and water. When you pour it into a glass and put your nose close to it, the aroma is indescribably appetizing. The taste is fruity, but the original flavor of sake is brought to the forefront. It is not the current trend, but I recommend it to sake lovers. Now I will drink other labels.
