Purchased at Kadoya Sake Shop in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture. I knew it was fire-brewed, but I still expected it to be somewhat like a draft sake. I guess I was beaten by the cosmetics because they were all so expensive.
The fruity taste was not as good as the nama-shu, but it was still sake-like and easy to drink. Is it just me, or did it taste better when I opened the bottle and let it sit for a while before drinking? But I guess the nama-shu tastes better.
