It's been a while since I've bought Mao ^^*. Fruity aroma. It has a juicy and milky taste with a pear-like aroma and a tight acidity and a dry bitterness 🤤. The alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it was so easy to drink that it felt like 7 degrees ☺.

I gave up on Senbon Nishiki this year because I couldn't go and buy it. But it's good that there are still some left ^^*. This year's Senbonishiki is much juicier than last year's 🤤 but still has an elegant aroma and taste 🤤. I can't get enough of hatsunishiki and senbonishiki 😌.

The aroma is clean and crisp^^*, and when you take a sip, the aroma is soft and fragrant. The flavor spreads quickly and is full of umami 🤤, and towards the end, the taste is dry and crisp 🤤. I missed this sake last year. I'm glad I got to drink it this year☺.

The creator of Collagen Collagen has moved to Collagen Collagen and made it, so I was curious about it. It has a fresh and juicy aroma and taste like pineapple 🤤 yet it has depth and a flavor that comes in easily 🤤. This was pretty good☺.

I've been into Mie sake lately, and the liquor store I go to a lot stocked Kan Kohbai. It seems that N is brewed with yeast No.7. The aroma is not very assertive, but when you taste it, you can feel a fresh grapefruit-like aroma along with a sense of gas ☺. It has a sharp taste with a clean and crisp finish. This is my new favorite sake from Mie 🤤!

This is also a 2 year old namaishu ^^*. It has a rich and deep aroma. And while it's refreshing, it's also full of flavor. This makes me want to drink one that hasn't been laid down yet too 🤤.

Sabi Goh, which was not even registered as a brand name. It is a 5 year old unfiltered raw sake and I could already feel the depth and flavor overflowing 🤤. The aroma is deep like prunes and the taste is thick and deep. And finally, a savory sweet aroma and lingering aftertaste like caramel and maple syrup 🤤. If this is such a good sake, I'd like to drink it fresh 😌.

I wanted to see what I could make, so I'll start here ^^*. I wasn't sure about the lychee, but it has a fresh fruit aroma 🤤 and a tight acidity and flavor 🤤 that definitely feels firm. But as the temperature rises, the flavor mellows out 🤤. It's nice that it accompanies the meal. I can't wait for the cold winter weather. I want to warm it up and eat it in a hot pot☺.

It's a little strong at 17 degrees, but the softness makes it easy to drink☺. It has a slightly fruity aroma and a sweet, gorgeous taste that is typical of Aizan 🤤 I feel like the fragrance is so gorgeous that a Chinese rhinoceros bloomed in my mouth ☺. At the end, it goes away quietly. It would be a cool aperitif to have at a ryokan or something 🤤.

First of all, the label looks like fireworks and it's beautiful ^^*. I really want to drink it while watching fireworks. The aroma is rich, full, and gorgeous^^* and the taste is smooth and easy to drink. I'm so happy that from today I can get 200 yen off for 1000 yen in the Fukushima sake support project for a while☺.

I finally got to buy the Wakanami I wanted to drink ^^*. It has a gassy, yet refreshing aroma and taste 🤤 good for summer☺! I picked up some cherry-like small tomatoes called petit puyos as a snack and they went well with it 🤤 and pickles 🤤. I would love to drink a different version of this 🤤.

The one from a previous drinking contest. I love the impact of this sign ☺. Not only the signboard, but also the taste is so impactful that I think this is the most fragrant and fruity sake 🤤 It was like a clear blue sky. I want to drink it when I see the sign again after a long time 🤤.
