ジョージJunmai with a clean, fruity aroma ^^*. On the first day of opening the bottle, it was hard and tight, but after a couple of days, it mellowed and became easy to drink 🤤. The flavor of the rice is firm and crisp. It's easy to drink too much 🤤.

When poured into a glass, the aroma is clean and crisp. When you drink it, the umami explodes 🤤. Even when the temperature rises, the flavor overflows while changing the angle. I'm only drunk at 18 degrees, but I can't stop drinking😪. This is bad. In a good way 😋

ジョージI bought Kitajima, which I've been curious about for a long time ^^*. It's not the same one I bought, but it was nice to be able to drink it in Konan City, my hometown for work reasons☺. The aroma isn't too assertive, but when you take it in, it's definitely clear to the touch and full of flavor 🤤 and it's just full of umami 🤤 it's dry, but the feeling of being able to linger forever is rare 🤤 I'd love to try this warmed up!

ジョージKinse seems to mean 15^^* It is made from Yamada Nishiki and is 15 degrees pure rice sake. As always, the aroma is not too assertive, but when you take a sip, you get a slight gaseous sensation, an apple-like aroma, and a soft acidity 🤤, yet it has a solid flavor full of umami 🤤.

The aroma is not too assertive, but when you take a sip, it has a refreshing aroma and a plump umami flavor with a touch of gas. It's been a while since I've had a Nabeshima, but it's still delicious! I wish I could have drunk it on the day of the mid-autumn moon the other day.

ジョージI often go to the neighborhood for work these days, so I buy it at the brewery ^^*. The aroma is very rich, like freshly cooked rice, which I've never experienced in a honjozo before. Yet it has the clean and crisp taste of a honjozo. After opening the bottle, the aroma settles down and the flavor picks up. I'd love to try this hot 🤤.

ジョージThis one is a black fox^^*. The aroma is not very assertive, but the first thing you notice is the tingling gas and the tight texture. And it's sharp and tight like Miyamanishiki, as the label says, cool and clean taste 🤤. But on the third day or so, when the gasiness fades, the flavor mellows out and the black fox starts to miss it 🤤.

ジョージThis one is Toyokuni Sake Brewery in Furudono ^^*. Comparison of the same name Toyokuni Shuzo 🤤 This one is brewed with Yume no Aka. The aroma is clean, the taste is citrusy and the acidity is tight 🤤 yet the aroma and flavor is soft in the mouth. This time it was a hamburger steak, but I think Ippomi goes well with meat 🤤.

ジョージJ seems to be 1401 yeast ^^*. When you open this one, you can feel the gas so much that white smoke comes out. The aroma is not very assertive, but when you take it in, it has a refreshing pear and grapefruit aroma along with a gaseous sensation^^* It has a dry taste like an adult lemon squash. A little bit later than the first day, the flavor becomes more rounded 🤤. Whatever it is, I like it ☺.

ジョージI've been curious about this Ona for a while now, and this is the first one I've had this year. The aroma is not overpowering, but the flavor spreads quickly 🤤 and the taste is soft but full 🤤. The Miyamanishiki is usually clean, sharp, and beautiful, but this one brought out the best of its hidden side. It was also delicious☺.
