The taste of the sake is very rich, and it has the atmosphere of a hiyaoroshi (grated daikon).
I also felt a little lactic acid bacteria.
It is hard to see in the picture, but the logo on the label is beautiful.
Yum!
It has been a long time since I have had a Daiginjo, but it is a beautiful sake with a gorgeous aroma, and I could drink it as much as I wanted.
To put it another way, it doesn't have much character.
But it is good!
Fresh at the moment of drinking and acid bitter afterwards.
The impression changes quite a bit depending on the meal, but it is a good accompaniment to Japanese food.
Yum!
