Gokotsuru is delicious no matter which one you drink😊.
This is the first time I've had fire-brewed Gohyakumangoku: ❗️
The aroma is subdued, but it has a nice freshness to it.
The freshness is quite good: ‼️
It has a refreshing sweetness that is typical of Gohyakumangoku.
I wonder if it is rather dry 🤔.
There is a slight bitterness, so it goes well with various meals.
