This is my first brand 🔰.
Sake from Inoue Sake Brewery in Oita: ❗️
Not much aroma 🤔.
The taste is Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake!
It has 17% alcohol by volume, so it's very strong. ‼️
It has a strong sweetness, but it also has bitterness and acidity.
It is quite easy to drink 😊.
It goes well with strong flavored meals👍
I would like to try other sake from this brewery: ‼️
