When I purchased Sasu Masamune, I bought it because my favorite store was having a W fair!
I'm drawn to this visual ✨.
There were several varieties lined up, but I started with the royal road Yamadanishiki!
The specs are Junmai Daiginjo, but the fact that they don't call themselves that is very cool ✨.
First of all, the aroma is wonderful. What a gorgeous aroma! It draws you in!
When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity and mellow, and the aroma spreads, and the freshness is not half bad! Oh, is this fire-roasted?
It is so delicious!
After drinking, you will be soothed by the lingering aftertaste that lingers faintly rather than being sharp. This is also good!
A gem beyond my imagination. If I find it next time, I will repeat for sure. ☺️
