This is Banshu Ikkyo from Hyogo, my hometown.
As one would expect from a super-hot sake with a Sake meter of +10, it has a crisp, dry taste!
But it is very easy to drink and goes down easily! Perfect as a food sake✨.

The aroma is wonderful the moment the bottle is opened!
I was impressed by the fruity and slightly piquant sensation that spread to my mouth the moment I took a sip, and I had no idea such a sake existed!
I had only the supernatant first, then mixed the orizumi and drank it. Each had its own character and was great!
