★★★★★/ AI Kaze Some" is a seasonal product of the sake brand "Saira" brewed by Kitanishi Shuzo in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with a gorgeous aroma like apple or pineapple and a well-balanced taste of sweetness and acidity. It seems ... I'm drinking it on the last day I move from Saitama to Kanagawa, A gem I asked for to taste Saitama for the last time. It tastes better than I expected and the package is stylish and at a level that can be decorated. I was impressed by the higher quality than I expected. I think it's on the same level as the major rare species that are often found ︎👍🏻 ̖́-

Junmai Ginjo Easy to drink! It has a sharpness that comes after you think it's easy to drink! Is it dry? Is it similar to Shinmasa? The first sip is easy to drink. But the sharpness comes later. I wonder if kire is also called spiciness? 🤔🤔🤔 I don't know, but does it mean it's dry and easy to drink? 🙄

Shinsei/Ash/★★★★ Too much water. I felt like there wasn't even any flavor lol. I don't know. I don't know, it depends on what other sake I'm drinking. In terms of drinkability, this might be the best. It was a lot easier to drink than the brown Niimasa.

★★★★★/Super Limited Sugata/Junmai-Ginjo (,,-д-,,) Nma! Amaai! The figure was easy to drink originally, but even easier to drink! I'm so impressed✨ I was comparing it to Shinsei. I drank the Shinsei after drinking the Tatagata and it was too much water. For better or worse! I want you to drink it for your sake debut! The only downside? The not so good part is The bottle is not too cute! I want one for my house, but I don't want to decorate it.

*/ Unknown type/ Dry? When I came to eat okonomiyaki, which is on the Michelin list, I found some sake from Osaka, so I ordered it, but it was too lukewarm and hard to drink. I'd like to enjoy Osaka's sake at a different place.

★★★★/cold-wholesale/limited-products It's just plain delicious! Don't rely on this rating, though, because it's a heck of a good one. High in alcohol content. It's a bit thirsty (I have tonsillitis). Sweetness, but with a thumping alcohol.

★★★★ When I drank it before, I felt the alcohol was too strong, but now it's just as I like it. It has a sweetness to it. Last time I drank it, it was brand new and freshly opened, but this time it was already opened and I don't know how long it's been there, right? It's probably deteriorated, and it's on the regular menu. But I feel like that makes it easier to drink. I can't evaluate the taste of the food because it's been so long, even the food I'm eating tastes different, how can you guys tell what it tastes like...? I don't know...? ( = =) tooyme

Daijokijo Nama / Banshu Yamadanishiki / ★★★★★🌸 Too good! Fruity! I don't feel like it's sake! I didn't think the last Jyushidai I had was that good, so I didn't have high expectations. I didn't expect it to be that good, but the rare Jyushidai is so good...

★★★★/ Takashimizu Brewery/ Junmai Daiginjo It has a strong sweetness, but the alcohol content is very high! If it were a cocktail, it would be like Alexander! At a standing sushi restaurant! That's all from the scene: !!!!

★★★★/sweet Honey has a unique sweetness, doesn't it? I don't know if you are aware of it or not, It's not the same sweetness as sake, which is made from the sweetness of rice. It's a right straight sweetness. I wish I could make people who don't like sake and can drink sweet sake drink this. !!!! It's not for people who want to feel that clear, clean sweetness of sake, but it's easy to drink because it's normally sweet! I wonder if it's for women? Also, I don't know what it is, but it makes my lips numb. Why? I use rice called Yume Sarara. I'm not allergic to it 🤔🤔I don't have a rash, maybe it's the drunkenness? 🤔🤔

★★★★ Clear and dry, not sweet but with some kind of fruity feeling! Copy and paste below Junmai Ginjo Ginrei Akiagari" will be available in limited quantities from August 20. This is one of our most popular seasonal products, made by bottling our signature ginjo-shu "Drunken Whale Junmai Ginjo Ginrei" and then aging it slowly at a low temperature with special care. The rice used for this sake is "Ginpu" and it is carefully brewed with our own yeast (derived from the No. 9 series). ★★★/ Store statement: juicy sweet, popular with women! It seems to be popular among women! In my opinion, it's like Omichi's Japanese shu~~~! It's sweet, strong and a little hard to drink. But as you drink and eat, it becomes easier to drink.

Unopened! No way it's unopened! Too lucky! (🤟🏻 °°°°)🤟🏻Fooooooooooooooooooo Sour. Why? I only drank sour today, why 🤷‍♀️ It's still easy to drink, but maybe not the usual, watery drinkability. Sweet and sour I think the Sharaku I just drank is also sweet and sour, but I think Sharaku is easier to drink because it is sweeter. I was too drunk to understand. I have a theory that regular Shinsei is the best 😂.

★★★ Ssuppa WOW! What? Because it's unfiltered? Because it is 40% polished? I drank a Hana-HayoYoku before and it tasted better😕 I was made to dance by Premium. AI Memo Polishing 40%" is a term used to describe the ratio of polished rice in sake, meaning that the brown rice is polished to 40% and the remaining rice is 60%. In other words, it means that the brown rice used to make sake has been polished to 60%. The lower the milling ratio, the more polished the rice is, and the clearer and less cloying the taste is.
