Kaoru-shu. The aroma is subtle, but the taste is very robust! Rather than the robustness of rice, it is light and refreshing, like cider. I like this sake a lot.
Mellow Sake. After all, we should support local sake! It has both a robustness that is typical of sake and a freshness that is typical of today's sake! It's also good with meat and other foods.
