Purchased because it is a local Chiba sake! The mouthfeel is fruity and clear. Sweetness for a moment, then a gradual umami in the second half. Slightly woody aroma like that of a wooden vat. The aftertaste is not persistent. I think it is a sake that can be enjoyed for a long time in small sips 🤓.

At the New Year's gathering, my brother-in-law brought me a bottle of sake 🍶. It was very limited and had a lot number It had a tag with the lot number! I've had a few of the works so far. Nice to meet you IMPRESSION-H❗️ Honochi's authentic brewing - a directly pumped version 🤔. Gorgeous, shwashy, sweet and sour 🌸. Slight bitterness and a nice lingering taste. I want to drink other IMPRESSION series too ✨️ It was delicious 🤓.

I've been curious about Tobirazumi Honpo's Hitan series of Tobirazumi There were a few in the series. This time, I bought HAKUCHO (HAKUCHO)🦢! I have always been curious about Mr. Igarashi🍶. The bottle was opened with a pop of carbon dioxide gas ✨. Gorgeous aroma 🌸 and a fresh taste 🍀 with a touch of sizzle Fresh mouthfeel🍀 The acidity is followed by a bit of bitterness It is a bit bitter after the acidity, so it feels sharp and clean. After a few days, the schwarziness recedes and the sweetness comes forward a little, and the bitterness settles down. I found Tedorigawa labeled to support Noto's recovery and bought it 🍶. I was told that this bottle will donate 100 yen each to Ishikawa Prefecture and the Ishikawa Federation of Sake Brewers Associations! I know the road to recovery is still long, but I pray for the earliest possible recovery 🙇. Now for the sake🍀.
