At the usual "Sake-no-Nabedana", I discovered a brand of Eiko-Fuji that I have never had before. I found a brand of Eiko-Fuji that I have not had yet ✨. Local Chiba sake 🍶 "Fudo" 🍶. Gorgeous 🌸 with a touch of sweetness It has a fizzy and sour aftertaste. and a refreshing aftertaste 🌿. The sake rice used is Dewa Sanzu🍚. I had an image that the sweetness would come to the fore. But this one has sweetness at the center of the flavor. but the gorgeous aroma and acidity are at the forefront 🤔. It's delicious with a balance of flavors that I like 🎵 Maybe I'll repeat again next year 🤓✨

I'm liking it here. Eikou Fuji-san 🍶✨ It has quite an impactful visual ⚡ and I bought it because it is a sake to pray for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle. From the slightly voluminous sweetness and umami, to the bubbly and sourness, to the slight bitterness. A slightly voluptuous sweetness, a fizziness, acidity, a slight bitterness, a lingering aroma, and a long, gentle aftertaste. The lingering aroma and aftertaste are gentle and long-lasting. Yes, it's delicious 🤓. I'd like to try Zebra next time 🎵
