Purchased because it is a local Chiba sake!
The mouthfeel is fruity and clear.
Sweetness for a moment, then a gradual umami in the second half.
Slightly woody aroma like that of a wooden vat.
The aftertaste is not persistent.
I think it is a sake that can be enjoyed for a long time in small sips 🤓.
