The appetizer is a cheese called "CaRuBlu" so that it does not lose. Cacao, Rum, and Blue Cheeze are the initial letters of "CaRuBlu". ryoooonu_1015This is an unfiltered, unpasteurized, matured sake that was purchased on February 20th, and its turn has finally come around. It has a rich aroma that is typical of Omachi, but is less assertive in the mouth. The aftertaste is sweet, so it is not suitable for eating.
