Since it is a Junmai Daiginjo, I had it cold. It has a clear mouthfeel that is typical of daiginjos.
The sweetness is moderate, but it was so good that I could drink it easily. ‼️

First, we started with "Taiheizan Tenkoku Junmai Daiginjo," which we received as a gift...
The name "TENKOKU" means "the natural and natural beauty of TENKOKU".

It was the first time in a long time that all of us were together for a party.
We finally got rid of our inventory, including wine (lol).
We were going to have a leisurely status report, but we ended up drinking and making a lot of noise! 😁. やまたGood aroma and strong taste. Delicious with motsu nabe! じゅんさんA small 100 ml bottle served in ANA premium class. I didn't know they had such small bottles.
Ohirayama Namikoshi Junmai.
It is a gentle sake that has no habits and goes well with all kinds of meals. I like this kind of sake sometimes.
