Modern Sentry The first Sentry since "Modern Sentry Innocence". And the first time in my life, I chilled... I'm excited to take a bite because I'm a big fan of the acidic image of Mr. Sentry. It's refreshing, but it's also full of flavor, I guess you could call it mellow. It doesn't disappoint!

It's one of the brands I've often seen called "Adult Calpis" and I've been curious about it. I saved up enough points to offset the shipping costs, so I bought a bottle by mail order (lol). Certainly, the sweet and sour taste, coupled with the roundness of the orioles, confirms that sweet and sour calpis is not the wrong word to describe it. It was recommended on the rocks, so I tried it and it's really refreshing, and it's easy to drink because it's '6%' alcohol by volume. This is one that I would recommend to any sake novice or alcohol-averse person!
