I had to go to Chigasaki and dropped by a liquor store where I found bottles of Amanei. I asked the owner about it and he recommended Jungin, so I picked it up. When I put it in my mouth, it had a fizzy, melon-like ginjo aroma. This kind of aroma gives the impression of a sweet, delicious, and shwashy taste, but it is totally different, it is refreshing! It is so good that it disappears without a hitch. It is refreshing and easy to drink, so it disappears quickly. I didn't know there was such a good sake in Chigasaki, the Mecca of Shonan! Loved it ✨

Rich umajuicy ✨ from the entrance. Great ginjo aroma. Not sure what it smells like though💦 but damn tasty! Slightly effervescent. I opened the bottle and drank half a bottle 💦. I don't need a reason. You don't need a reason for good taste. Still, it's delicious. I'm glad I bought it✨.

The balance between the juicy sensation of the fizz, sweetness and sourness is as expected from Nabeshima ✨. It was easy to drink and disappeared in a blink of an eye, even if you had a full bottle 💦 it wouldn't last more than 3 days. It has a wonderful flavor. According to the owner of the sake shop, there are only a few days left to enjoy Nabeshima's fresh sake. I can't wait for next year!

I had glanced at it online and was curious. When I finally picked up a bottle, I saw the words "Haneda Shuzo" on the label of Kitayama, Kyoto. Haneda Shuzo had a brewery visit a few years ago, and there was a time when I was addicted to a sake I picked up at a store sale that read "Rikuyu" written as Rokuyu 🍶. According to the brewer, this sake is served on the riverbeds in Kyoto in the summer. It was mellow and delicious, and I looked forward to it every year around the end of the rainy season. I realized that the annual in-store sales had disappeared and I had forgotten about it, but I was reunited with it. The aroma is reminiscent of rum. It also has a slight melon-like flavor. The sweetness is felt only at the moment it enters the mouth, but it flows with a strong alcohol taste. 17.5 degrees Celsius. The taste is reminiscent of Rokuyu. Compared to Rokuyu, it is fresher and rougher. I was struck by the nostalgic and memorable taste ✨.

This is the first packaged sake that I had always been curious about but had never gotten around to. The owner recommended Junmai Daiginjo. The owner recommended the Junmai Daiginjo, and I bought it. He said, "I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. As you said, the freshness is in full bloom ✨Ramune aroma, a little lactic acidity. The price for Junmai Daiginjo is also great 💰I think it has a similar atmosphere to Machida Shuzo among the ones I've had so far. It is easy to drink and seems to disappear in no time.

This is my first Oobai. I was also interested in the Macho series, but could not afford it, so this is my first time drinking it.
