My First Sake from Yamanashi If you look closely, you can see the words "Sasaichi Sake Brewery Right there on the Koshu-kaido road! This is my first time here. The owner of the sake shop recommended this one! He said it sells more in Kansai than Kanto. He said it might be the difference in taste between East and West. It has a pineapple-like aroma. The sweetness of the rice disappears quickly and easily. It has a fresh feeling as it is called "summer"! It seems like it could have a fizzy taste. I am sure this will be gone in no time!

Long time no see, Shinshu Kamerei! It is becoming a really hard-to-buy sake, isn't it? As soon as it arrives at the liquor store, there seems to be a battle for it. I happened to be able to buy it at the right time. This is my first time to buy Yamae-Nishiki, but it is a little different from other Shinshu Kamerei. It is a little different from other Shinshu Kamerei. The aroma and taste is moderate and mellow. Is it apple? I keep drinking it while looking for what aroma it has. There is no sense of fizz, and the taste is mild. More than anything else, it has a strong sweetness to it. I have the impression that there are two different tastes in this area. I think I prefer Hitokokochi.

Finally, it's the satsukuro man that I wanted to drink. I've been on the back burner of a series of summer sakes that seem to be selling out quickly these days. It is as delicious as ever. Birthday Week this week My wife's and my youngest son's birthdays are this week. I was really excited to have something delicious to drink! I was really excited about it 💦. Anyway I had a bottle but never had a chance to open it, so I used my younger son's birthday as an excuse to open it. Crisp and refreshing entrance. The gorgeousness that spreads out in a flash. The sweetness that lingers gradually ↑Up to here in about 1 second✨ After that, fizziness and a bit of sourness Aftertaste is lingering. It disappears without a trace. I can't stop drinking! It's really delicious ❤️ I really like Aizan ❤️. Nabeshima is the sake that made me fall in love with sake❤️. My love for Nabeshima just won't stop❤️

This is the first turtle I got from a friend who likes to boast about the rocky shore. It is very clean, like drinking water, but the aroma is gorgeous with a strong aftertaste.
