It is soft on the palate, fizzy, and juicy with sweet and sour flavors. The aroma is like ramune and pineapple, yet it disappears quickly and leaves a lingering aroma on the palate. It's really wonderful✨I vowed to drink more this year when I opened the bottle!

I opened a full bottle for today's New Year's party✨. The Kitashizuku raw is a limited edition made to order product. It's wonderful! As soon as you feel the juicy firing sensation, you can feel the acidity on the side of your tongue. The aroma is a hint of pineapple and rum. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to stop drinking it because it disappears so quickly🎶. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a very nice sake. I'll be actively buying Nabeshima's raw sake again this year!

It's still the same Machida brewery. It's still the same old Machida brewery, with the same spiciness, the same ramune aroma, the same sourness, and it's just gone! That's what I'm talking about✨. I've been drinking only nigori for a while now, so the crispness is really good.

Happy New Year✨! I hope to see you again this year🙏. The first day of the new year was one romaine, but I forgot to take a picture💦. The second one was this one that I drank for the first time. It is an origarami. When you open the bottle, you can smell the ginjo aroma like ramune. I felt the sweetness when I drank it, but the acidity was also strong and the mouthfeel was refreshing. It's sweet and delicious! This is the first time for me to drink sake from Nagasaki. And it's from Hirado. The image of the sea was strong, but there was a delicious sake👍.

It's very gassy, the cap is sticky even though it's sealed, it's 17 degrees and gassy so it's a little hard to drink and the sourness is a little irritating to the throat. I'm looking forward to seeing how it tastes tomorrow. I have to drink it today so I don't blow it up and lose it🎶 lol

A fruity feeling typical of Omine. The clarity was like a melon, but when mixed with the ori, it was like a pineapple. It has a lot of the sourness of the usual Omine, but with the ori, it's very thick. I think it would have been better to buy the Sharaku Origari without the ori 💦 although it is delicious in its own right.

We received this as a souvenir. There are many sakes from Kyoto Fushimi, but we feel that this is a Kyoto Fushimi sake. It is refreshing to drink, has a subtle aroma, and disappears quickly. I'm sorry I don't have any more comments💦.

It is made from 73% polished Asahi rice, Akebono rice, and Akihikari rice, which are all specialties of Okayama Prefecture. It was said to have a melon-like ginjo aroma, but the pear-like scent pulls through quickly. It's gassy and full of freshness, but it disappears mysteriously and effortlessly 😲 As you drink more and more, the sweetness and lingering flavor lingers on your tongue and lingers ⤴️. It's a great sake ✨I'm sure it'll be gone before I know it this week, too!

It's Nabeshima's new sake! The disappointing damage from the Uraroma is so great ⤵️, I want to make it up to you with something that's absolutely sure! ⤴️ That's why I chose my favorite Nabeshima✨. The freshness that only new sake can bring! It's got a subtle, melon-like, pineapple-like ginjo aroma✨and a great mouthfeel, aroma, and finish🎶. This is what sake should be like! It's a fun night!

For Sharaku, the alcohol feeling came first. When a little time passes, it has a green apple-like aroma and sourness. It has a good taste that goes through the nose and a refreshing feeling to drink. There is no miscellaneous taste and it has a clear and beautiful feeling, which is definitely Sharaku✨. According to the owner, it is called "Nagoshi Zake" because it has passed the summer. It is the same as Hiyaoroshi. It's gradually waking up, and tomorrow it's going to be more and more delicious ⤴️.

This is the first time I've smelled this, I think it's called Cemedine. And tingling stimulation, a hint of sweetness, and a strong alcohol feeling, and it's 18 degrees. Crisp and delicious! The first one I bought on the jacket and got hooked on was the Junmai Daiginjo Rin, but the Denshin series shows a lot of different faces.
