It is made from a rice called Tosa Rei. As the label says, it has a soft aroma and a fluffy taste. It is more like a pineapple than a melon, which is typical of Bunkajin. There is a lot of acidity, but the sweetness quickly fades to dryness. Melon? Pineapple? Sweet? Spicy? The drink goes on and on. Is it a little fizzy?
