I had to go to Chigasaki and dropped by a liquor store where I found bottles of Amanei.
I asked the owner about it and he recommended Jungin, so I picked it up.
When I put it in my mouth, it had a fizzy, melon-like ginjo aroma.
This kind of aroma gives the impression of a sweet, delicious, and shwashy taste, but it is totally different, it is refreshing! It is so good that it disappears without a hitch.
It is refreshing and easy to drink, so it disappears quickly. I didn't know there was such a good sake in Chigasaki, the Mecca of Shonan!
