The low alcohol content makes this wine easy to drink, and it is not too stodgy.

There is a gentle sweetness intertwined with grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness, and the balance is very good. The mid-palate leaves a slight freshness on the tongue and a minerality. At the end, it disappears, leaving behind a bitter taste that brings out a sense of freshness. The freshness from the fresh & juicy was addictive.

Pretty cool parallel rare looking label! Nozomu no Yume Sasara is my first drink. The aroma is refreshing and fruity, typical of Junmai Ginjo. On the palate, the texture is slightly thick and tingly. It has a soft pineapple sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. In the aftertaste, the sourness and bitterness linger slightly. In the end, it disappears with a crisp and sharp impression.
