Shinshu sake is my favorite at a high level!
This time, Wawa Wawa, whose naming has a big impact.
The top aroma is refreshingly green apple, with a hint of mint mixed in.
In the mouth, the first attack is a fresh, invigorating, slightly effervescent texture on the tongue.
There is a gentle sweetness intertwined with grapefruit-like acidity and bitterness, and the balance is very good.
The mid-palate leaves a slight freshness on the tongue and a minerality.
At the end, it disappears, leaving behind a bitter taste that brings out a sense of freshness.
The freshness from the fresh & juicy was addictive.
