My first time in Shimane. The owner of the shop where I bought it told me that it has a much different taste compared to the sake I bought with it! I was told to drink it mindfully😌. A little sour? It had a sour taste, a delicious taste and a great aftertaste, it was really delicious! My father, who usually drinks shochu, especially liked it☺️. I want to drink other Ousachi too.

I'm weak in limited edition lol. And the label is cool. It goes well with everything from raw oysters to stew. It's a little dry and mellow. It has a nice aftertaste.
