Tendai Junmai-Ginjo
This is a popular sake from Nishi Shuzo, a company famous for its potato shochu called "Houzan" 💡.
We expected it to be dry because of the name, label and preconceptions about Kagoshima, but it's not sour or bitter, and it has just the right amount of saltiness and clean sweetness 👌🏻
All in all, I think it's a modern sake that doesn't require too many snacks and can be enjoyed ✨
