Today I went for a drink after a day trip to Tochigi! I found "Tamade-sen", which I haven't had since my trip to Kyushu, so I thought I'd give it a try 🍶. It has a light aroma of pear and green apple. It has a light aroma of pears and green apples, and the mouthfeel is light and moderately dry. The mellow flavor of rice and the fruity aroma of ginjo spread gradually. This perfect balance is perfect for eating, and neutralizes the rich umami of cod roe and motsu nabe. The quarry with a sense of ruins in Ootani and fruit picking 🍑. I had a great time enjoying the parts of Tochigi that I don't get to visit very often👍.

I was caught by the words "super dry" and bought it! The sake degree of +12 is also very promising 🔥. When the bottle is opened, it has a slight aroma of peach and apple yogurt. The mouthfeel is smooth, but soon after, there is a pungent spiciness. It is good to enjoy the spiciness because it is not disturbed by the umami of the light rice ✨. It is quite dry, but it tastes great chilled at this time of year. It has a crisp aftertaste, and I have the impression that it would be good with a meal as well! I am very happy to have found the dry sake I was looking for! Tosatsuru also has a variety of interesting types👍.

I bought it because I hadn't found it for a long time! There were two types of apples and I was torn between them, but I went with the one that looked fresh from the outside👍. The bottle was opened with a pop! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was light and fresh with acidity and fruitiness. The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing. If it had a little more gas, it would be comparable to apple cider with a fresh apple flavor as shown on the label. It's a completely different shift from the previous Mizu-Hashiro Aizan, and it's outstandingly delicious in this hot season! Vividness like biting into an apple and a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. The apple sour mouthfeel is addictive ✨. This is another one to be careful not to drink too much! It will blow away the fatigue of working 6 straight days 😌.

The summer rush in Gunma continues with "Sakiyami," "Katsuragawa," and "Akagisan," so next up is "Tanigawa-dake (谷川岳)! I've been buying it throughout the four seasons for some reason or another. It's one of my favorite brands. When you open the bottle and pour it, it has a sweet and crisp citrus aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean. It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste with a crisp and sharp flavor. The flavor is reminiscent of tangerine, although its assertiveness is modest! Tanigawadake" has a refreshing lightness and crispness that is typical of "Tanigawadake" despite its summery taste. It is a versatile impression and deliciousness that can be used as an accompaniment to meals ✨. Gunma sake's cleanliness is a perfect match for both dry and ginjo styles! I know it's early, but I'm always thinking about what to buy for fall sake 😌.

I had been interested in this brand for a while, but had put it off because I had prioritized "Akagisan" and other brands. I was surprised by the cosy quality of the Daiginjo and finally got it this time ✨. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a fruity and elegant aroma of muscat and green apples. The mouthfeel is beautiful, with a juicy umami that comes immediately after the trio of sweet, sour, and astringent flavors. It has a sense of stability as it spreads elegantly with a mellow taste like melon and muscat! At the same time, it has a sharpness and its assertion does not linger, so it can be drunk quickly and easily ✨. It also has a clean aftertaste and is a perfect balance between drinkability and umami! The taste reminds us of Gunma's quality! It is a great taste that reminds me of Gunma's quality!

The second "Akagisan" of the summer is the stable "Suzusake" every year! The bottle pattern is slightly different again this year, so take a good look and enjoy ✨. The endangered sake MAX is one of my favorite summer beverages every year! Now that we can finally hear the cicadas singing, we will open the bottle! When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is fluffy and sweet with a custard-like flavor. The mouthfeel is syrupy and immediately afterwards it has a rich, mellow, sweet flavor. It has a tropical fruitiness like mango, but at 19% ABV, it has a powerful punch and a tangy, spicy sharpness, and disappears quickly and easily. The astringent taste that comes in a flash in the midst of the sweetness is a good accent. It is a candy and a whip with a rich flavor and a light, refreshing taste. It is a delicious taste that will immerse you in a sense of satisfaction ✨. On the rocks, it is a presence that makes you careful not to drink too much. You can't miss "Katsuragawa" in summer!

Since then, I have safely returned home after two nights and three days of sightseeing in Kirishima (Miyakonojo), Chiran, and downtown Kagoshima. There was nothing I could post as it is a shochu-rich country, but I enjoyed the summer in southern Kyushu and sake gourmet! Today, back to my daily routine, I'm spending my time relaxing at Toyo Bijin for the first time in about a year and a half👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was like white peaches and lychee. The mouthfeel is smooth, clean and calm. The taste is mellow and mildly fruity, with less juiciness and umami than the last time I drank the same bottle. The taste is mellow, sweet, and astringent, like melon or grapes! The sweetness that spreads gradually and the lingering astringent taste that prickles the tongue is also addictive ✨. With Hagiyaki. Enjoy the lingering taste of the trip as a snack!

My long awaited trip to Southern Kyushu! Today I got to enjoy the Kirishima & Miyakonojo area (shrine, sake brewery, hot springs) that I've been wanting to visit the most ✨. We just had a tour of the Kirishima factory and drank a lot of sake, but we decided to get some Miyazaki sake as well 👍. The aroma is fruity and gorgeous, like muscat or pear. The mouthfeel is moist and calm. It has a mild, gradually spreading sweetness and umami flavor. It is so mellow and gorgeous that I can feel the fruitiness of muscat and other fruits, and it is so delicious that my image of "Sentoku" is destroyed. It is a taste that can be enjoyed either during the meal or on its own, as it disappears without a hitch! The yakitori alone exceeded my expectations and is the ultimate in bliss 😋.

I was attracted by the sake degree of +11, so I bought it at a sacred place. I will enjoy the change in taste as it is rare to find Tottori sake 👍. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell the aroma of barley, oolong tea, and grains. The amber color when poured also shows the weight of the flavor. The mouthfeel is robust. The full-bodied flavor of rice and the strong dry and acidic taste give the impression that this is a quintessential Tottori sake! Then, a savory sweet astringent taste like caramel emerges from the spiciness and acidity. As expected, it is a satisfying taste with a profound umami ✨. I don't need to tell you that it's a must if you warm it up. And the punch of umami that blows away the heat is also exceptional 💪.

It's been a while since I've been to "Sakiyami". There is no doubt that it is delicious, and since it is one of the most precious types, we can only hope for the best ✨. The astringent taste comes from the gentle texture on the tongue. The taste is dry, but there is a fruity sweetness like pear in the back, making it juicy and delicious! Although it is unfiltered, it has a light and refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake and Gunma sake. It also has a lingering aftertaste with a subdued astringency, and before you know it, your sake cup will be empty👍. When buying Aizu sake, I was attracted by the words "Dry Honjozo". The simple name "Aizu" also intrigues me👍. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was mineral and clear. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth. The dry, refreshing taste is balanced by the sweet, astringent acidity and the umami of the rice. Although it is a regular honjozo, it has a delicate, gorgeous flavor, perhaps due to the 60% rice polishing ratio, which makes it one rank above other dry honjoze! The soft and clean part is reminiscent of "Ding" ✨. It is also very cost-effective and tastier than I expected...! You can clearly feel that it is well-known as a local sake. I would love to drink it with codfish stew 🤤.

This is a normal nigori sake from Kunimori, which I was interested in when I saw Toraji's song. I chilled it well and opened the bottle! When the bottle is opened, it has the aroma of rice and malted rice, and smells like the very best sake. The mouthfeel is thick, but surprisingly light. Summer Inu-sama🐶. Last year it was Jun Dai Spec, but this time it is Jun Gin again. I am excited every time I get it because it is a challenge project every year 🔥. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was gorgeous and nectar-like. The aroma is pleasant, like being in a strawberry field. The mouthfeel is smooth and slippery.
