I purchased it in a mini bottle size along with my lunch! When opened, the bottle has an aroma of muscat, pear and peach. The palate is crisp and clean, with a punchy spiciness immediately after. The ninth nigori of the season was "Higashi Rikishi" 💪, which I got on a trip to Tochigi. I was looking forward to it as it was my first nigori in a freshly squeezed version! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was melon and cemedine-like. The mouthfeel is clear and round. The palate is clear and round, with a fluffy flavor like that of glutinous rice. The fruity sweet and astringent taste comes through gradually, but its assertiveness is modest and gives the impression of a moderate type. The lingering taste is mild, like eating pears or bananas! When the lees are mixed, the mouthfeel is smooth and milky, like butter or dairy products. And the taste is light yet mellow, calm, and full of rice flavor! It's so easy to drink, you could go on and on ✨. This is definitely a stable brand of nigori! This is what we have been looking for 🤤.

We acquired this 🐻 on our easternmost trip to the mainland last year. It has been sitting in the fridge for a year watching over us, and now it's time to open the bottle! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a mellow aroma with a hint of rice. The mouthfeel is fresh and light. The spiciness is accompanied by a light rice flavor. It is a crisp, light, spicy, umami type of Simple is Best! I enjoyed it with mackerel & shark, but I am sure it goes well with seafood! Still, it's cute 🐻.

This is the long-awaited Kanji version that we harvested during our trip to Inuyama and Kansai last year! It's been sitting for a year because it's not easy to find, but we'll open the bottle soon. When we opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was gorgeous and calm, with hints of melon and pear. The mouthfeel is mineral and fresh, with a soft touch. From there, the mellow flavor of the rice spreads softly and gradually! It has a soft, grainy sweetness, the richness of the rice, a moderate acidity and astringent flavor, and a dry, crisp finish. It is a delicious wine with solidity and depth of flavor that you will never get tired of drinking ✨. It has a calm taste similar to the "Umenoyado" that I drank in Nara. There are still many places I want to visit and brands I want to try in the Kansai region, so I hope to visit again 😌.

I've been curious about this Bodhi Hashihashi nigori sake from the same brewery for a while! I had longed to get this sake because my favorite sake store was carrying it 🙌. When I opened the bottle and poured it in, the aroma was subdued, with a thick aroma of cheese and dairy products. The mouthfeel is round and moist, as if it were enveloping you. There is some gas and brightness, but it's quite warm and fits in well with the richness of the Omachi. The sweetness and spiciness are moderate and not sharp, with a slight lactic acidic flavor that makes it easy to drink! The taste is easy to drink, with a slight astringent taste at the end. The cup will be empty in the blink of an eye as you are drinking it ✨. I thought it would be more lactic acidic, but I was surprised at how elegant and non-habitual it was! This makes me want to try a variety of seasonal products 🔥.

I saw my first "Sentoku" label at a sake store, so I bought it without hesitation! I enjoy the guerrilla event-like experience of encountering the Sentoku series from time to time 👐. When I opened the bottle and poured it, I found aromas of peaches, plums, and molasses. The mouthfeel is light, with a sinking touch of juicy sweetness. The palate is light on the palate, with a touch of juicy sweetness, followed by chestnut and grain-like flavors, and then a hard-edged umami of hot, sour, astringent, and pure crispness. The first half is the same brewery's "Until the middle of a dream" series. The second half is similar to the traditional "Sentoku" series. The second half has a taste similar to the "Sentoku" series, and it tastes like an assortment of "Sentoku" wines! If you notice, he is also in the top 10 of the top 10 of check-in brands. We are very grateful for the opportunity to have a chance to meet this rare Miyazaki sake!

The new sake + nigori corps is almost at the end of the season. This time, we opened a bottle of this one that we were particularly interested in! When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is full of freshness like melon and kiwi. The mouthfeel is clean and fresh. It has the silky texture of "orikarami" and the strength of "arabashiri" on the tongue. The main flavor is a lush astringent taste. The taste is bright yet punchy, with a milky, mild sweetness and a sharpness that comes from the spiciness! The three-way balance between the freshness of melon and kiwi, the punch of umami, and the light sharpness is exquisitely delicious ✨. The same gorgeous freshness as the "Sakiyami" we drank earlier, but with a different vector of presence. I feel the "Bumpuku" character in the sense that it sits on its haunches👍.

The seventh nigori of the season was "Raifuku", which was harvested together with "Sagaminada". The word "moromi sake" sounded delicious, and it was as good as its cost performance, so I couldn't resist. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was of peaches, pears, and fruit with a yogurt-like flavor. The mouthfeel is fresh and smooth. The palate is fresh and smooth, with a punch of juicy flavor with the presence of gas + sweet and sour! It's soft, clear, and bright, and combined with the hint of aroma, it's delicious with a peach and banana feel ✨. When mixed with lees, the silky and fruit juiciness increases and becomes delicious! However, it disappears crisply at the end, so you can't help but enjoy the sake! Today we have souvenirs from our trip to Okinawa, so this is a collaboration of Okinawa and Ibaraki! The moderate sweetness goes perfectly with the jimmy tofu.

The 6th nigori of this season was "Sagaminada" which had excellent cost performance. The nigori of a brand you have had before is suggestive👍. When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a fresh aroma with green apple, kiwi and melon. It is clear, fresh, and light on the palate. After the soft sweetness comes, it changes to a hard, dry astringent taste. It is dry, but has a moderate taste. The rice flavor is full and rich. Finally, it disappears with a slight astringent aftertaste. When the lees are mixed in, the silky and delicious rice flavor is enhanced, and the taste becomes even more balanced. It is well-balanced and easy to enjoy! A sense of balance that can play an active role during meals ✨. I really like this bottle!

PB bottle I bought on my trip to Aizu. There were many colorful brands at the store and I was confused, but I decided to buy this one as a souvenir because the one I had at the inn was so good👍. We will have it with a glass of "Tenmei" which we got at the same time! When I opened the bottle and poured it, it had a slight aroma of banana, apple, and spices. The mouthfeel is moist and oily on the tongue with a spreading effect. It is mellow and smooth, but at its core, it has a beautiful acidity and purity, with a moderate habit. There is also a hint of sweetness, like tree nuts, vanilla, and apples with honey! But it ends up fading away sharply, so you can enjoy it leisurely with elegance and serenity ✨. The one at the inn was a medium-brewed type, so it was fresh, but this one was a complete turnaround, with a mature, seated flavor. Both are quintessential "Tenmei" quality!

I've been curious about "Minami", which I've seen occasionally at liquor stores or posted on the web. I got it on a trip to Kochi, along with a local brand from the same brewery! When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was gentle with hints of pineapple, tropical fruits, and citrus. The mouthfeel is supple yet crisp, and I'm smitten at this point 😋. The nose is a combination of freshness, hardiness, and a hint of aroma. The acidity, dryness, astringency, and mousse-like smoothness give the impression of coffee milk to me personally. And yet, the finish is crisp and dry, so it's like a candy and a whip ✨. Vividness, flavor, mildness, and sharpness. Each of them has its own individuality, yet they all have a cohesive flavor. This is a great way to change the flavor👍.

昨日の事ですが高知土産のじゃこ天と「土佐鶴」を頂いてました! 昨年も飲んだ新酒ですが、高知のご当地スーパーには大量に鎮座していて(流石は本場だなぁ…)と感じたのは良い思い出です👍 開栓して注ぐとスッと華やかでメロンや梨、セメダイン感ある香り。 口当たりは舌に乗るような甘味とコクがありますが、直後に軽快でピリピリした辛味がブワッと口一杯に広がってきます。 そこから酸味と渋味で締めてきてシャープな余韻。  飾らない軽快な味わいは食中でも合わせやすく、じゃこ天や高知酒器の“尾戸焼き”を片手にグイグイ進んでしまう美味しさです✨ 今日から1週間は仕事関係で強制休肝日。しばらくAdiósです👋

It is clear and fresh, with a light acidity that makes it refreshing. It has a fruity taste with a hint of sweetness and astringency, like apples, peaches, and melons! It is not too assertive and disappears quickly, and it has a pleasant throat feel, so you can't help but drink too much of it ✨. The third nigori sake of the season is a nigori sake from Kiyomizu, which I buy every year. This is my favorite brand, which is firmly separated as a local brand, while also showing the vestiges of the Machida series👍. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is like melon and pear. The mouthfeel is cool and refreshing, with a dry and smooth flavor, led by a gaseous and dry astringent taste. It has a full, rice-like umami taste, and the balance between punch and clarity is exquisite! When the lees are mixed in, the rice-like flavor increases even more, making it an excellent wine to drink. It is rice with some flamboyance! Rice! Rice! It's a delicious taste ✨. Reminiscent of a rice cider I had in Niigata before, with a slight sweetness, coolness, and umami. It is a bottle full of power as it has a strength of 18%!

Commemorative 800 check-ins 🥳. The milestone will be here with a limited edition! And "Akagisan" has also reached 80 check-ins. Finally, we can see the three-digit & four-digit number 🔥. When you open the bottle and pour it, you will notice the bright aroma of apples and muscats. The mouthfeel is clear and cool, as is typical of "Akagiyama". It has a slightly rounded, sweet and sour taste with a yogurt-like flavor of apples and pears. The taste is unbearable as it spreads from the transparency as if it is sinking in! It is a well-balanced taste of slow and fast as it changes from there to a spicy astringent sharpness ✨. When mixed with lees, the lushness and the punch of sweet and sour astringency increases, giving it a melon-flavored calpis or kiwi-feeling flavor! Overdrinking alert is in effect 😋. This is a rare type of "Akagisan" that tastes more like sweet and tasty! It's one of my favorites, partly because it's the most affordable in the centrifugal separation series👍.

I was going to post this, but it didn't come up. I looked up "kuyo masamune" on Google and found a few posts on "sake-no-wa", so I came here by the rough trick of entering from there 💪. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was calm and aromatic, like grapes. The mouthfeel is thick with a wave of classical flavor that is typical of "Karo". The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a beautiful sweet and sour flavor and juicy sensation, as if you had just eaten a grape. There is also a mildly spicy astringency and lightness of gasiness, making it a brilliant yet delicious taste ✨. 'Koro-ro' x modern taste. I rarely come across this bottle, but if I see it again, it's one I'd like to pick up!
