And another pair of "Hanaharu". The aroma is light and refreshing, like a gentle breeze. It is light on the palate, but has a more dry and astringent rice-like flavor than the "Yuri". The aroma is simple, clean, and easy to drink.

As a continuation of yesterday's event, after walking around the Tsurugajo area, I decided to finish the trip! We started off with a pure pair of "Hanaharu" and "Yuri" while enjoying squid carrots and kipper ✨. Let's start with the "Yuri". Pear and apple aroma. The palate is clear, soft and smooth like Kyoto sake, with a gentle taste. The taste is not too bright, but it has a light, rice-like flavor, and it has a crisp, clean taste that you will never get tired of drinking!

The last of the tasting was a Fukushima-only ginjo type. The aroma is somewhere between junmai and jungin, with a hint of pear and banana. It has a mineral taste and goes smoothly on the palate, but it is easy to drink with a well-balanced taste of rice flavor like Junmai and a hint of aroma like Jungin! After the tasting and shopping, it was pouring down. We can only be grateful for the thoughtfulness of the store clerk who told us to take shelter from the rain 🙏.

Next is the Junmai type. The aroma is soft and banana-like. The mouthfeel is round and gently spreading with a gentle flavor. The taste was THE Miyazumi quality with a taste of pear, apple yogurt and banana.

Good evening, stst! I see you are enjoying Aizu in summer 🎵. I remember Miyazumi Junmai was rich and delicious 😋. Sake is the best when you enjoy it in the place you are traveling 🤗.

Good evening, ma-ki! You also live with the Sharaku series and the Junmai is delicious ✨. Sake from the region where you are traveling. And this time, I'm so fascinated by the Aizu sake, which is full of beautiful sake 🤗.

Today I went for a walk in the Tsurugajo area! The weather was beautiful and we had a clear view of Mt. Bandai from the castle tower, so we were able to fully enjoy the green summer scenery of Wakamatsu ✨. After visiting Tsurugajo Castle and Curry Yakisoba, we went to Miyazumi Meisen Brewery! After visiting Tsurugajo castle and curry yakisoba, we went to Miyazumi Meizumi brewery! Let's start with Jungin! Refreshing apple aroma. It has an elegant mouthfeel and a bright flavor with moderate acidity. The sweetness is less than junmai, but the sweetness, spiciness, acidity, and astringency are not overly assertive, and the taste is beautifully integrated ✨.

And to close out the day, "Aizu Musume". When the bottle was opened, the aroma was slightly gentle, like bananas or freshly cooked rice. The mouthfeel is moist and gentle. The sweet umami of the rice is relaxed, and the classic dry, acidic, and astringent taste leads to a crisp finish. It has the ability to softly integrate these flavors, making it a delicious wine that is easy to drink! After this, I went to bed and continued on with my day 💤.

After wandering around Wakamatsu city at night and returning to the hotel, the after-party was a pair of "Tenmei" and "Aizu Musume" (🍶). We started with "Tenmei". When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of melon and muscat. The palate is fresh and sharp with no blurring from start to finish. It has a sweet, sour, and astringent taste like green fruits and citrus. It has a brightness that pulls up the palate clearly while also producing a light, rice-like flavor. It is a taste that can be enjoyed on its own!

Another cup is for "tefu" in summer! Light and fresh, with a green melon-like aroma. The mouthfeel is fresh and typical of nama-zake, but the taste is light and refreshing and enjoyable without being heavy. Mineral, glossy, and beautiful, it was perfect for both eating and the heat ✨. I had a set of Yama-Shio Ramen and Sauce Katsu-Don (pork cutlet served on top of rice) for lunch. The mild flavor coming out of the light soup stock was great for replenishing salt during the hot weather!

It has been a long time since I visited Aizu in summer! This time, we took the Noiwa Railway route for the first time in a long time, and on the first day, we toured Mt. And after consuming under the blazing sun and taking a breather in a hot spring, beer and sours are very effective! In that vein, we also selected some Fukushima sake. We started with Suehiro🍶. The aroma is subdued, but has lactic acidity and a graininess to it. The palate has a round, moist sweetness and a deep sourness that gradually stimulates the taste buds. However, it was also clear and not too persistent, with just the right amount of umakuchi deliciousness ✨. I'm sure you'll love it!

Genzai" as a preparation for the Wakamatsu trip! This time it's the Tokujo version. I was so excited before I even opened it because the Tokujun was so good ✨. When opened and poured, the aroma is gorgeous and fresh, with hints of melon, white peach, and cider. The mouthfeel has a fine carbonation that gives it a shwashy feeling. Contrast between pure sweetness and refreshing acidity. The taste is elegant, like lychee, muscatel, melon, or wasanbon. However, the beauty is that it doesn't linger, but rather finishes with a bit of austerity, while also bringing out the flavor of the rice. The richness of the flavor in a smart way makes you go "mmmm" 👍. It has been a long time since I last visited Aizu in summer. I hope to enjoy a relaxing trip to the place where I have a connection with. But my heart is in a festive mood!

Wataya" impressed me at Kawaguchi Natto before. On my last trip to Tochigi, I came across a summer sake type this time, so I got it! When I opened the bottle and poured it out, it was crisp and unobtrusive, like a gentle breeze. It is light on the palate and has a refreshing lightness, just like the summer sky on the label. It has a refreshing taste derived from the spiciness and acidity, with a firm core of junmai's gentle and rounded flavor. Despite the differences, it has something in common with my favorite "Akagisan," and is a delicious and easy-to-drink wine! This refreshing taste is sure to shine during a meal. Summer seasonal foods come to mind 🤤. A bottle suitable for the continuous heat wave! I would like to try a variety of seasonal sakes, which are not often seen at Wataya👍.

The last was Sawaya Matsumoto! Sharp enough to enjoy even after drinking to some extent. The citrusy freshness, gasiness, and acidity make it perfect for the hot summer months ✨. The light rice flavor in the aftertaste is also unbearable during the meal! I will enjoy my work from tomorrow with the satisfaction of having enjoyed the summery atmosphere in two days 👍.

The eighth cup went to "Daruma Masamune" which was sitting with "Hyakujuro"! Sweetness like brown sugar, brown honey and caramel. A savory sweet astringency with a burnt taste and a rounded umami. It is sweet but not too heavy ✨ as it gradually fades away leaving a caramel-like sweet astringent taste at the end.

The seventh cup was Hiroshima & powder talk, so I went with "Moon after rain"! The pure sweetness of peach and melon in a refreshing taste, with a light, crisp dry taste that comes afterwards. It is pleasantly delicious with a slight astringent accent and a refreshing aftertaste ✨.

The sixth cup was Tanigawadake in summer, selected with Gunma fever! It is clear and clean with a hint of sweetness. It is clear and clean with a hint of sweetness. It has a refreshing coolness that is just right during a meal as it fades away quickly and lightly. The sweetness is in tune with the mild flavor of cheese, etc., and the sharpness resets it, making it a perfect match ✨.

The fifth cup went to Kido, which has been successfully proselytized along with Houou Mita and Tenpyo! Berry-like sweet and sour astringency and petite gasiness. But the balance and softness that flows smoothly without being too petty. It is as delicious as ever ✨.

The fourth cup was a "Hyakujuro" that caught my eye from the case! Crisp and fragrant aroma of mint and lime type. The mouthfeel is dry, with a light sweet and sour taste like citrus spreading through the palate. However, after a short while, it has a pungent and sharp taste that is good during a meal 🌊.

The third cup went to Houou Mita, which was a successful missionary! Sweetness and freshness like densely packed apples. Behind that, refreshing acidity and a touch of bittersweet astringency. It has a glossy taste from start to finish and is eyebrow-raisingly delicious ✨.

The second glass went to an unfamiliar label, "skunk cabbage"! Delicious aroma of melon and green apple type. The mouthfeel was fresh and gorgeous, with a bright sweet and sour astringent taste, as if freshly squeezed. But the clarity and light minerality like mountain water washed it all away and made it "relaxing" and delicious ✨.

Yesterday, I went to Summerland for the second time this summer: ☀️ I've been playing around all morning again, so I went the full day sleep route without posting, but I also enjoyed my customary sake time last night! We opened the bottle with "Tenpyo"! Maybe it's because it's been so long since the bottle was opened, but it's more rounded than usual, with melon and banana-like sweetness and a beautiful sense of unity. It has a clear aftertaste, which is a good taste for the opening ✨.
