The 150th check-in in Gunma is, of course, by Mr. Kikuchi! This time, it is a limited edition bottle of the austere tokkuri type. It is a win-win situation, as it is also a donation to Fukushima, with whom we have a personal connection! The inside is the usual dry sake. It is crisp, clear, and has an excellent cool feeling! The dry, dry taste is lightly flavored with the umami of the rice, and as always, the taste is perfectly satisfying ✨. This sake is named after "Eigoro Omaeida," a chivalrous man who is also related to "Tadaharu Kunisada. It is truly a man's sake!
