The last of the tasting was a Fukushima-only ginjo type.
The aroma is somewhere between junmai and jungin, with a hint of pear and banana.
It has a mineral taste and goes smoothly on the palate, but it is easy to drink with a well-balanced taste of rice flavor like Junmai and a hint of aroma like Jungin!
After the tasting and shopping, it was pouring down. We can only be grateful for the thoughtfulness of the store clerk who told us to take shelter from the rain 🙏.
