It is indeed sweet! But it's delicious! るーずべると３世Tonight's drink is "Gikyo" recommended by a sake master at my favorite sake shop, Otsuka. It's fun to peel off the old newspaper. Even though it is made of Yamada Nishiki, it has a strong taste. It is my favorite sake. The master always meets our expectations.
