ニーコOtsuka Sake Shop
Aroma like a fallen goose or Japanese sweets.
Less sweet than other Murayusuke ❓
It has a dry finish, so it goes well with snacks.
It goes well with salted boiled peanuts, which is only possible at this time of the year. ニーコHome brewing Otsuka Sake Shop
Yuzu Japanese sweets-like aroma 🍊
I thought it was going to be a gorgeous sake, but it turned out to be a calm food sake with the temperature 🤗✨.
Goes well with kiriboshi-daikon simmered vegetables and Noto sashimi. Perfect with the bitterness of fresh green peppers👌👌. ニーコdrinking at home
Blue scent followed by a little alcohol.
Nice sweetness, a little schwack, dry, clear and complex 😵.
When paired with pork with miso koji, only the best parts of the alcohol stand out: ♥️ ニーコHome brewing Otsuka Brewery
Refreshing aroma(**)
Still delicious ♥️
A little low alcohol.
It's like a white wine when it's chilled.
The flavor of the rice comes on with the temperature 🤗✨.
Goes well with hash browns and mushrooms in butter. ツゥ "Watarifune" is a rice produced in Shiga Prefecture. Since it is made with a traditional yeast mash, I was expecting it to be strong, but it is very refreshing. However, it has strength and flavor.
It has been a long time since I drank "Daijiro", but I recognized its deliciousness again. ツゥI bought it at "Otsuka sake shop" in Takasaki city.
It is mellow and hard to drink, but I think I will drink it up in the long autumn night. ツゥI bought it at the Otsuka Sake Shop in Takasaki. We asked for a sweet sake, and they served us this one. It is indeed sweet! But it's delicious! るーずべると3世Tonight's drink is "Gikyo" recommended by a sake master at my favorite sake shop, Otsuka. It's fun to peel off the old newspaper. Even though it is made of Yamada Nishiki, it has a strong taste. It is my favorite sake. The master always meets our expectations.
