I like 30% and 90% best when compared to other drinks
It was the most refreshing.
20% to 30% has a deep sweetness and umami flavor, not for a beginner like me yet 🤣.
The last of the cold chrysanthemum that had been lying dormant in the fridge😅.
Easy to drink 😋.
Soft sweet aftertaste with a gentle aftertaste 🥰.
My wife loves it 😆.
I kept putting this one in the fridge too 😅 is it shwarmingly gorgeous and lightly acidic 😊.
It has a bitter aftertaste that I never get tired of drinking 🤤.
Chilled, it's just right for summer 😋.
I've been sleeping on it since last year and here we are now😅.
It has a gorgeous sweetness from the schwartziness 😋.
I have no idea what Kenaiyama rice tastes like, which is said to be rare 😅.
It's delicious chilled 🤤.
When you open the bottle, you can smell the good aroma of rice and feel a pleasant slight effervescence, and the light acidity and good sharpness in the mouth make it summery and tasty 🤤.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
I bought a set to compare when I stopped by the Bikan Historical Area in Okayama during GW 😁.
Personal ranking
Junmai Daiginjo -> Junmai -> Junmai Ginjo
Daiginjo is mellow, well-balanced and delicious after all 🤤.
I bought this local sake at AEON in Ehime during GW 😄.
I'm pretty sure it's the basic glamorous one labeled as wine or something 😆.
But it's light and dry, so it has a refreshing taste that's perfect for summer 😋.
Edamame and makisu 🤤!
A bottle given to me by my sake master 😁.
I brought it to my brother-in-law's place and it was immediately empty 😆.
It was fruity and delicious on the palate 🤤.
This is another one 😆.
Was it the one I purchased when I went to my local Kakuyas 🤔.
It's soft, slightly acidic and a little sharp.
I think it's a versatile one that goes with everything 😁.
I bought it at the local sake corner of some Ehime Aeon when I visited Matsuyama Castle in GW 😆.
It's gorgeous and a bit sour 😁.
I guess it's more of a ginjo 🤔.
It's delicious cold and summery 🤤.
I've been working on it since the weekend without leaving any time 😅...
I've been trying to get one a month for a while now, but after GW, it's gone... 🤣.
This one is gorgeous but rich and bitter 😋.
I had a fried eggplant dinner and it went well with the rich one ...
I bought this one at a souvenir store on Miyajima, where my wife had tasted some Miwazakura and found it delicious 😁.
It has a gorgeous taste and is white wine-like 🤤.
This is also with my brother-in-law.
I went to Shikoku next to Hiroshima on my GW trip and found some Shikoku sake at some AEON and bought it 😊.
It was delicious, with just the right amount of acidity and sharpness 🤤.
With my brother-in-law
I bought this at a liquor store in town when I went to Hiroshima in GW. This was the only Kamerei they had and I took it to my brother-in-law's place to drink 😊.
I wondered how it would be 🤔 as it was a little over 1000 yen and not very polished.
The aroma is just right and you can feel the deliciousness of the rice and the crispness is very good 🤤.
It's just like they say it's a big seller at the store 😁.
Where did I buy it? ......🤔
I forgot, but I'm running out of room in my fridge and I'm impatient to empty it 😅.
It's delicious 🤤, with a mild, raw taste and easy to sip.
It's a little high in alcohol, but the acidity is well balanced .
I had it last night with bean sprouts namul and fried bitter gourd 😆🙏🏼
Forgot to record...
I forgot to record that the JDs of a certain lab at Nagano Prefectural University had planned a limited edition sake that was sold at Miyajima, a local sake shop in Ueda City, on the way back from the Sugadaira skiing resort. It was sold at Miyajima, a local sake shop in Ueda City, on the way back from Sugadaira Ski Resort.
The shopkeeper told me that the taste was similar to Shinshu Kamerei, so I bought it, but I've only had one glass of Shinshu Kamerei, and I forgot what it tasted like... 🥲.
I think it was a low alcohol and gentle taste - like it was made easier to drink for those who are not used to drinking it 😊.
My wife and I drank it in no time at all 😁.
It's like an aperitif and it's delicious 🤤.
Good morning, Hirotaf 😃!
If it's Miyajima's limited edition 🤩and it looks like Kamerei, I'll buy it 🤗The name is also very nice, if it's a couple of you, you'll kill in an instant 😋.
Thanks for your comment Jay & Nobby😊.
I happened to know Mr. Miyajima by chance, but he seems to be pretty famous 😅.
I'll have to buy it because they're pushing it too 😆.
I'll try to taste the Shinshu Kamerei I got soon 🤤.
I put it to sleep for over 6 months😅.
The shriek of the firing is pleasant to the throat and the dryness from the crisp sweetness, it was an autumn product but it's still delicious in the coming season 🤤.
