hirotafThis is a souvenir from my mountain friend's visit to Tottori Daisen😁. The taste is beautiful and fruity. After that, the sourness and bitterness came out in a flash 😋. I think it goes well with strong flavored food 🤔. When it is warmed up, the sourness and bitterness is felt a little stronger.

hirotafFound a sake brewery near the interchange on the way back from the mountains of Okutama 👀. Stopped by with friends and bought a bottle each 😁. The most sake-like 🍶 I've ever had! Not fruity, slightly spicy and full-bodied. When you drink it in one gulp I feel like "wow" when I drink it. I think it goes well with sashimi and grilled fish 🤤.

hirotafPurchased at a nearby Kakuyas, it had a Western-style atmosphere, so I bought it to try it out. I thought it would be dry or strong because of its high alcohol content, but it had a sweet melon-like taste and a moderate acidity that lingered on the palate. I guess it's a fashionable sake 😅. I like it on the rocks because of the high alcohol content 🤤.

hirotafI bought it because it was a cheap Junmai Daiginjo at some supermarket. I think it is sweet, light, refreshing and easy to drink, but a little tasteless 😅. I guess this is the secret of its cheap price 😗. but when it gets cold, it starts to taste good😅. Sorry Mr. Popularity Ichi 🙇‍♀️

hirotafIt's been 3 days since I opened the bottle😅. At first I thought it was fruity but a bit acidic, but after 3 days, the sharpness has settled down and the smoothness from the crisp sweetness has emerged. The acidity is also moderate 😋. Delicious 🤤.

hirotafI wanted to drink it before I finished the Amami, so I opened this one too 😆. The aroma is smooth, the taste is slightly sweet and mellow with a good acidity 🤤. Light and still irresistible 😋.

hirotafPurchased in May at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in the basement of Tokyo Station, along with Junmai Daiginjo sake. When opened, the bottle has a muscat-like aroma, and when you drink it, it has a moderate sweet to crisp taste. The acidity and bitterness are moderate at the moment. It is delicious in summer when chilled. I am also looking forward to Junmai Daiginjo of this 😊.

hirotafWhen I went to the beach in Shimoda at the end of last month, I bought some from the Shimoda Tokyu because I thought it was local sake. As the label on the back says, it has a fruity aroma of corkscrews, a sweet taste, and a refreshing taste with no sourness or bitterness. I think the sweetness is enhanced a little when drunk with a meal 🤔. It's a good sake to drink quickly 😁.

hirotafI bought it at the Nakamise in Zenkoji temple in GW and opened it at my brother-in-law's place😊. I bought it because it was limited to 2000 bottles and it was easy to drink, not too sweet and pleasant to the palate. It has a refreshing aftertaste 🤤. My brother-in-law, my niece's husband, and I all quickly consumed it together 😋. I would drink it again 😁.

hirotafWhile shopping for whiskey as a gift for my brother-in-law at Kakuyasu for Obon, I found a reasonably priced, easy-to-drink whiskey from a region I haven't tried yet 😳. As the label on the back says, it's sweet with a clean aftertaste 😆. I'm not sure how rich and floral it tastes yet 🤣. It's easy to drink and tastes great cold 😊.

hirotafI was looking for something my wife and I could drink at a liquor store in a local supermarket and found a bottle that looked drinkable! 😆 Sweetness and astringent aftertaste like a red wine? ...🤔 From the maker's point of view, is it just like the image on the bottle? If you drink it with something salty, the sweetness will be more pronounced. My wife said it was delicious 😆.

hirotafSasaichi Part 3 I wanted to buy this when I bought it at the brewery in May, but it was replaced with a summer version and I was a little disheartened. It has a soft spring nigori taste, but it's not mellow and it's easy to drink 😋. I guess Sasaichi tends to be more refreshing in general 🤔. I enjoyed it with bean sprouts and edamame 🍶-. I haven't had any Daiginjo-style or brewer's alcohol-type sake, so I'm a little curious about that too 😙.

hirotafSasaichi Part 2 Summer Junmai Ginjo A summer-only sake following the previous junmai ginjo It has a refreshing summery color 😆. The fruity taste in the mouth is not so different from Junmai-Ginjo, followed by mild acidity and a little bitterness or astringency. Astringency? The aftertaste is a little bit bitter or astringent. If I had to guess, I would say the aftertaste is a bit grapefruity 🤔. Is it a sake that goes well with summer snacks? Cold sake is good with pickles, edamame, etc. 😋.

hirotafI climbed the Daibosatsu Ridge and stopped by Sasaichi Sake Brewery on my way home to purchase some. I could tell it was fruity as it says on the back of the label, but I have no idea what kind of fruit it was 🤣. It's mellow and fruity with a bit of bitterness and sourness at the end 🤔. It might be easier to drink cold than cold sake as it is a bit more mellow 🤤.

hirotafHokko Masamune Yuki Akari This one is labeled as dry, but it is not that dry. It has a fruity mouthfeel with a slightly sweet and mellow taste. My wife prefers this one, but I prefer to drink Mizuo with a variety of other drinks this time of year 😋.

hirotafI opened and drank two bottles of Mizuo and Kitamitsu Masamune, which are brewed close to each other. This one is Mizuo's Special Junmai Awakaze, 100% Kinmon Nishiki. As indicated on the label, it is light and refreshing. It has a slight acidity afterwards and is similar to the Honkin. Just right for the hot weather we are having right now.
