Releasing a few things I had saved up for GW😅
Not too sweet, tart like grapefruit.
Alcohol is moderate at 13% and it's easy to drink 😋.
Limited edition sake for retailers!
In February, I went to Sugadaira with my company friends and on the way back I stopped by Miyajima-san, a local sake shop I had my eye on and bought a few bottles of local sake, among which I bought my first speck of Kurosawa's sake with a raw yeast ratio of 80 😊.
It's sweet with a hint of acidity and sharpness, similar to a spicy white wine 🤔.
I think I can drink it as a refreshing drink if I serve it with strong food 😊.
Next time I'm going to try Shinshu Kamerei at Okazaki Sake Brewery near the interstate 😆.
eririn-san
Thanks for your comment 😆.
I haven't made it to the brewery yet, but my sake master gave me a bottle as a stocking stuffer for my move 🤭.
I'm looking forward to opening it!
I found some unsold ones on the way back from Mt. Akagi in early summer last year and let them sit for a little less than a year 😅.
Spring-like, soft and refreshing on the palate 😊.
I can't quite put my finger on what the label says about it tasting like muscat, but it does have a slight fruity sourness to it 😅.
It seems to go with everything, but today it's perfect with grilled mackerel and bean sprout namul 😋.
I would buy it again if I see it somewhere 😁.
This month's sake rice is Dewa Sanzan🤤.
I don't remember where I bought it, but it is well-balanced with a good mouthfeel and a crisp aftertaste - a little high in alcohol content, but I was pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting much 😆.
For me, this will be my next purchase 😁.
I compared the 99 Orange Sea with a sake cup that a friend of mine gave me for drinking sake.
I felt the taste was more gorgeous and clearer in the guguimin than in the glass...I don't know😅.
It was easy to drink with its sweetness and softness.
I've been trying to cut back on alcohol to one bottle a month, but when I went to Suwa Taisha Shrine on a New Year's trip, I found some locally brewed sake at a store and couldn't resist the temptation...
It has a soft melon-like sweetness and a well-balanced aftertaste.
It is so smooth that I would like to drink more, but I'll hold out for just one cup.
I didn't know the name, and my master said something about Shinsei and something about Collaboration, but I have no idea what it was 🤣.
I think it was easy to drink and tasted good because of the fruity taste
...😅😅
Memorandum
I started drinking sake this year, and my health checkup in October showed that my numbers had worsened considerably, so I tried to cut back for about two months.
I got a bottle of sake that was opened at the party, and it tastes great because it's a brand that everyone is talking about.
It has a light acidity that leaves a refreshing taste on the palate after opening the bottle.......
I found it when I stopped by Max Value in Shimoda in the summer 😊.
I liked the last Hana-no-Mai Junmai sake because it was sweet, mellow, and easy to drink, so I decided to try the sparkling sake and the...
The label is stylish and chic!
It's light and mildly sweet, with a low alcohol content, so it's refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
Hana no Mai suits my palate 😁.
I forgot where I bought it, but I had seen Toko itself at a local supermarket, so I was curious about it.
I bought it this time because it was a limited edition (hiyaoroshi) and tried it. It has a soft, moderate sweetness and good umami, and is easy to drink and delicious 😋.
I will buy it again next year for everyday drinking 😊.
Series of Junmai Daiginjos available at nearby supermarkets at a discount.
is this, Morioka's sake
Asabiraki
I heard it's called "Asabiraki"...
The bottle was opened immediately and the aroma was gorgeous!
Light fruity taste to slightly bitter and refreshing. ✨️
It looks delicious warmed up 😋.
At a nearby Kakuyas
I saw the label and bought it 😆.
I don't think it is more western than Japanese as you can somehow imagine, but I opened the bottle immediately.
When I opened it, there was a slight fruity aroma.
When I took a sip, I found a sweet taste with a mild and moderate acidity.
A little too sweet... 😗.
Junmai Daiginjo series for under 1500 yen
I bought it again from a nearby spar that was selling it 😆.
It has a mild acidity from the fruity gorgeousness 😋(It's the kind of acidity you might taste in a white wine).
Personally, I would like a little more rice flavor 🤔.
I found it the other day at Shinanoya in Kitasenju Marui, among several Kouko lined up on the front 😳.
My wife and I will have a drink on the consecutive holidays 🤤.
Opened the bottle with a pop, it had a light apple aroma with a slight effervescence 😊.
I usually put it away as a fruity smell and couldn't quite put my finger on it, but this one for sure 🍎🤣.
The mouthfeel is more light and refreshing than sweet. The acidity was mild and my wife and I opened most of it 😋.
It's not that sweet so you can drink it light and refreshing 😊.
It is easy to drink with a fruity, apple-like, discreet sweetness and good acidity 😋.
It also has a bit of sharpness to it.
I bought it at a nearby Kakuyas for less than 2000 yen 😁.
