I recently started drinking sake, and this was one of the items he gave me because he hadn't been drinking it 😆.
It is labeled as "light and dry", but it is not that light and dry, and I could feel the umami with a moderate sweetness 😊.
It has a sharpness to it.
Tonight I had it with hot bean curd and it made my mouth feel refreshed 🤤.
