I bought this one about a month or two ago and finally got around to opening it! LOL! As stated on the label, it's a sweet and juicy sake, delicious! It also has the freshness of a pure sake, so even though it is rich in sweetness, it is never too sweet, and you can drink it as much as you want.

I bought it because I enjoyed Toichi very much the last time I drank it and was attracted by the wine-like bottle design. Although the alcohol content is a little low at 13%, it is not light in the mouthfeel due to the fact that it is an undiluted sake. It has a fruity flavor, but the sweetness is moderate, and it is rather sharp and dry. It is a delicious sake that goes well with any meal.

Daimine's cup of sake! There were only two left, so I bought one for my wife and one for me. The rice symbol is extra cute in a cup. And don't underestimate it for a cup of sake (it's from Omine, so I didn't underestimate it at all), I was surprised at the high quality! It tasted like sweet fruit, with a great rice flavor! At 100 ml, it'll be gone in no time. And the price is so reasonable, I'd buy it again!!!

First purchase of Nabeshima. I thought it was a sake that had everything good about sake. The gasiness, the aroma, the sweetness, the acidity, the moderate bitterness, the crispness after drinking... impeccable! It makes you feel like you are drinking a classy sake. Or rather, this is a good sake. Very good.

All of Yamaguchi's sake is delicious, but Gohashi is my favorite among them. It was given to me by a friend at the beginning of the year. The arabashiri was one I bought last year, and got to drink again this year! Oh, it's still so good! I could really taste the rice in the juiciness, and it was a very satisfying bottle!

I bought this bottle because I had a sudden urge to drink a dry wine. I was attracted by the words "super dry" and bought it, but... it was a bottle that tasted better than it was dry! Combined with the freshness of the sake, the acidity, umami, and bitterness in the mouth were well balanced, and the sharpness after passing through the throat made me feel the dryness of the sake. It is a very dry and delicious sake! And it's a great cosmetic! No need to say anything about the ministry.

Yui was one that I had been eyeing for a while. I knew I was right! The balance of sweetness and sourness is perfectly delicious. The balance of sweetness and sourness is so good that I can't stop drinking it. However, the alcohol content is a solid 16%, so it is dangerous. I've been drinking a lot of low-alcohol drinks lately, but I think I like it better when the alcohol content is this high, so I feel like I'm drinking alcohol.
