Jijikin was lying dormant, not knowing when to open it. Thanks to a friend of mine who came over on short notice, the bottle was opened without incident! Ah, what a beautiful and elegant taste! It was a waste, so we had one cup a day!

Memorandum ⑦ A bottle I was curious about! The words "wine yeast" stirred up my desire to buy it. As I expected, it was a sake with high acidity, which I prefer, but it also had a strong umami of rice, which was a little unexpected as it had a very Japanese sake flavor! I was not sure if this is the origin of the name of this sake... ‼︎

Memorandum 6 It's been a while since Yamamoto ‼︎ This may be the first time I bought this sake! I stopped by this sake shop on my way out with my family and was so impressed with the sake lineup that my heart skipped a beat while I was there. It's a bit far, but I'm sure I'll be back. I'm so excited.

Memorandum ⑤. Kaze no Mori again: ‼︎ It's Aizan, but it doesn't claim to be that sweet, and the acidity is the main ingredient, so you won't get tired of drinking it. ‼︎ It is still very tasty.

I pre-ordered a bottle and was able to drink it without incident: ‼︎ The standard sake is of course delicious, but the addition of gas and freshness makes it even better! I have been wanting to drink this sake for a long time. It's called "Nichinichi. I usually don't open it on the day I buy it because I have other sake at home, but I opened this one on the day I bought it. Well, it hadn't been that long since this year started (I drank it a while ago), but I was the happiest I've been this year. The aroma and flavor are milder than I expected, but the acidity is well-balanced and the deep taste spreads to the palate, making me want to drink as many glasses as I can. Too delicious. My wife was also a big fan. Oh, I want to drink it slowly.., I promised myself that if I see it again, I will definitely buy it.

Hiragana takachi-yo no midori! The green theme was "Pink Gruppfurutsu," and I thought, "Yes, that's true! I thought so. Either way, it's a surefire way to make a beautiful, fresh, and juicy sake. I would like to try other color labeled takachiyos as well!

I was curious about AKABU's "SNOW EXTRA"! I tried to open the bottle with trepidation... 、、、、、 Hmmm? No reaction... lol! But when I poured it into a glass, I could feel the slight bubbles! I was relieved! LOL! I'm already sure that nigori is a popular and tasty brand, no matter how it turns out, but yes, it's delicious! Oh my god, this is delicious!

It has been a long time since I have tasted Houou Mita. I was hesitant, but the words "limited edition" got me. It certainly has a fresh and beautiful sweetness, but it is also more refreshing than I expected, making it the perfect sake for a mealtime drink!

I went to my usual liquor store to reserve a bottle of brewer's kuheiji light nigori, and since I had accumulated points, I bought this classic sake to take home. LOL! When I first started getting into sake, this was the first sake I bought that I chose to buy myself. I remember being astonished and impressed at the same time that this was sake when I first drank it, and I still get a similar feeling when I drink it. It is not just a gorgeous fruity sake, but you can taste the umami of rice and good bitterness, and the deep flavor spreads in your mouth. Every time I drink it, I am reminded that it is a good sake.

Snowman⛄️ What a first for me! But I know it's delicious, so I opened the bottle without hesitation. These sure-to-be-unique sakes, if my wife and I drink them together, we find ourselves emptying them out. And then we regret that we should have bought it in a bottle.

My younger brother who lives in Kyoto bought me this sake for New Year's Day. Matsui Shuzo, the brewer of this sake, is the oldest brewery in Kyoto. The sake is 35% polished rice, unfiltered and unfiltered, and the mouth is filled with a gorgeous, mellow sweetness. It was the perfect sake for New Year's, when the family can enjoy a little luxury together.

Finally posting for this year. LOL! This was my first drink of the new year! It was sharp and clean as described, but you could still taste the deliciousness of Shirakiku, and the balance with the acidity was perfect! Whenever I go home to my parents' house, I always buy sake that I like, so I end up buying only sweet sake that is more modern, which has not been very popular with my family, who prefer dry sake, but this sake was highly praised by my father, so it was worth it!

Here is the third sake we drank during the year-end and New Year's holidays. Koei Kiku "Tsukikage I bought this sake to drink with my father-in-law. But my father-in-law, who likes dry sake, didn't really like it, so I drank most of it by myself. ‼︎ It was not very cold, so it had a strong sweetness, and the refreshing acidity combined with the sweetness made it very tasty. ‼︎‼︎ I knew Koei Chrysanthemum was too good to be true.

Finally, I can upload all the sake I drank over the New Year's holiday! We'll start with Watanabe Shuzo's W (double-wheeled)! The first bottle we drank was Shidaizumi from Shizuoka, but I almost finished the bottle with my father-in-law on the first day and forgot to take a picture. W is a bottle I always buy when I go back to my wife's parents' house, but since it is not sold at the brewery, I went to the liquor store where it is sold and bought it. The beautiful flavor of Yamadanishiki combined with the sweetness and high alcohol content unique to W was delicious. ‼︎ I drank this one with my father-in-law and we finished about 2/3 of the bottle, and brought the rest back to our house to finish it slowly! LOL!
