はやとむI bought some last year (and the year before) and they were so good I bought some again this year (and last)! The last time I bought it and opened it, there was quite a bit of fizziness as described, but this time it opened quietly without much. However, although it is very dry, it still has the same fresh and crisp taste, which is irresistible. ‼︎ Yes, I'll buy it again next year (this year)!

はやとむThis is another Eikun that has been a long time coming. I bought and drank it around November or December, but there are so many things I want to buy during the new sake season. Eikun Shiboritate Nama was one of them. It was a bit drier than I expected, but it had a fresh and gorgeous aroma and was delicious! I haven't uploaded any of the sake I drank this year because I haven't uploaded the sake I drank last year.... LOL!

はやとむI bought it wondering what would happen if the freshness of nama-zake was combined with the light and dry taste of drunken-gei. Although it is a special pure sake, it is 55% polished rice and has a clean taste like ginjo-shu without any impurities, with a hint of sourness that I really liked. I knew Drunken Whale was good! And it is the best at costumers' expense! I should have bought a bottle.

はやとむIt's been a long time since I last visited Kangiku. Kangiku's freshly squeezed new sake is the KING of surefire ministry. The fizzy, bubbly taste, light acidity, and sweetness made my heart go "departure‼︎︎‼︎‼︎". This year, I hope to visit more places than last year and encounter various kinds of sake.

はやとむMAMMA" sake from one of my favorite breweries, Abunotsuru Sake Brewery This sake was named "MAMMA" because it was made with the taste of rice (mama) in mind. Indeed, it was a very drinkable sake with a strong taste of rice. If you look closely, you can see that the production date is December 18, so it must have been an aged sake.

Kamonishiki紅桔梗 純米大吟醸 しぼりたて

はやとむKamo Nishiki (variety of sake brewed from Kagoshima prefecture) A friend of mine raves about this sake, and I've always put off buying it, but finally I did! (I bought it quite a while ago.) I knew it was the right one! The sweet and sour tastes are well balanced and the taste is very good with a bit of gasiness. It was gone in no time at all. I am happy when I come across a good sake.

In such a case, I'll have the sake I like best, so I'll have Snokule, the cosiest and most popular of all Kouei Chrysanthemums! But it was so delicious that it ended up running out quickly. はやとむWhen I bought this sake, I was surprised to find the top three sakes in the Ibaraki Top 3 Sake Ranking Ibaraki unintentionally lined up in my refrigerator. It took me quite a few days to open this sake, but... Ah, amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! It is a kijo sake, so it is natural, but even so, it is a mellow and sweet sake that stands out. It's the perfect sake for dessert!

はやとむ One Step Forward Series of Oriental Beauty. There were Omachi, Aizan, and Oorigarami in the lineup, and I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but I bought the Oorigarami. I bought a bottle of Ichimasu because the No. 4 bottle would run out quickly, but I thought there was still plenty left, so I drank too much and the result was the same as usual. LOL! But it tastes so good, it can't be helped!

はやとむHatsu no takachiyo is hiragana takachiyo. Oh no, I can't get enough of the koi amami. It's so delicious! It's a combination of the two! It is easy to drink though it has a high acidity. It runs out quickly. It's a little bit stinky. Straw It's a ministry. kei ei kokutei koete hiragana de!

はやとむSake I've been saving for today. I usually finish work around 9:00, but today was sake day, so I left early! I love the gassy, shiny texture of the sake! It is highly polished rice among the Kaze no Mori sake, and the sweetness and bitterness are well balanced, making the cup go down a storm. Cheers while watching the live broadcast! I made it in time for the ministry!

はやとむwork (e.g. of art) Long time no crop! But I know it tastes good, so I can drink it without thinking about it. My wife and I drank Saku when we bought it before, and I wanted her to taste this deliciousness again, so we opened the bottle on our mutual holiday. Well, this aroma is the essence of Saku's ministry. My wife said, "Well, yes. But my nose is a little stuffy..." From next time, I will decide which sake to open after listening carefully to the condition.

はやとむThis is "Ibuki". I decided to buy it because it is only sold here in the prefecture! The price is a bit steep because it is a purely large size, but it is a delicious ministry. The taste was more than the price. It has a clean, juicy flavor with a strong acidity that I like, and it has no cloying taste, so you can't help but drink more. I recommend it!

はやとむHiran's Kijoshu. I found myself in Nagasaki for the second time in a row. It's a "Kijoshu" of "Hiran", so we knew it would be delicious. The acidity is as good as the rich sweetness, and it enhances the complex taste that is unique to "Hiran". The acidity that matches the rich sweetness enhances the complex flavor of the sake, and the combination of the acidity and the sweetness transforms into an unbelievable umami. I wanted to savor it slowly, but my cup ran out quickly as I unconsciously drank more and more.

はやとむFirst time in Yokoyama. Ah, I like the taste. Nagasaki is also a treasure house of hidden sake, like Hiran and YOKOYAMA. The gorgeous aroma of this sake raised my expectations. As expected, the sweetness is smoothly balanced by a light acidity that makes it refreshing. I am sure I will repeat this wine.

はやとむThis is my first purchase of Shichida ministry. I had drunk it a few times before at a pub, but I couldn't remember the taste and always wanted to buy it,... The aroma was not so polished, but I could taste the flavor of rice. I was a little nervous that it might have a classical taste, but it was different from what I imagined, and tasted more modern, clean and juicy. However, it has a rich sweet and umami flavor, and at 17% alcohol, it is a full-bodied sake that should be savored slowly after a meal.

はやとむThe first Miyakanbai. I had never seen this one on sale, so I popped it in. It's a delicious ministry. The taste is right in the middle of daiginjo. It has a beautiful ginjo aroma that passes through your nose, and when you drink it, it tastes fruity, without any harshness or corners. It is a sake that you can just enjoy the taste of sake without thinking about anything else.

はやとむThis bottle was opened before the Bon Festival. Originally, I was going to open it on Tanabata day, but due to my poor health? I gave it up because I couldn't taste sake in general. LOL! I soon recovered and was able to be impressed again by the taste of sake, but the next sake was asking me to open it as soon as possible, so I couldn't open it easily. LOL! Although the taste was not as flashy as the URANISHI we drank last time, we could firmly taste the deliciousness of Shirakikyu. I would say it is a type of Kouei Kiku, like Halcyon or Sunburst. I mean, I think the taste is similar, too... I want to drink other series of ministry.

はやとむLong time no chivalry. The newspaper creates a nice atmosphere. The taste is rather classical, and when you take a sip, you can taste the umami of rice as well as the acidity of the sake. It has the freshness of a pure sake, and is a refined food sake.
