The label is unique~!
This is my first Kappa-san.
On the palate, "Ho-ho-ho ~~~~!"
I can't believe it is super dry!
It has quite a fruity taste.
Oh!" It's a shocking impression!
The sweetness is also exquisite. It is a very delicious sake.
I want to drink it again.

Hmmm...
I was so drunk
My memory is a little fuzzy. LOL!
At least I remember it was delicious! LOL!
Light white in color, with no umami or sweetness. It is thin, not heavy, and easy to drink. I learned that this kind of sake is called "super dry". The smell is sweet like fruit. I don't know why, but it doesn't taste like the sake I know. I thought I prefer dry sake, but if this is super dry, then my taste may be different. I realized that I prefer a more mellow taste.
It's been a while.
Here's a post about bullet train drinking.
