They served us various other daiginjos from Niigata, but I couldn't take a picture of the labels, so I don't know the brand name. Too bad!

A bottle of Junmai (pure rice) costs a whopping 2,100 yen!
When I heard the price, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Cheap! I couldn't help but exclaim!
This sake has a traditional "sake" feel to it!
As the label on the back says, it would go well with Chinese food!

They said it was sent from a liquor mess.
From the brand name, I thought it was a Tokyo sake, but it was a sake made by Maihime in Nagano to support Hachioji.
It has a good balance of sweetness, deliciousness, and acidity, and is easy to drink with little bitterness.

The new Minami Tokusyu Junmai sake, which was my regular sake, had a different flavor than usual, so I bought last year's mid-priced sake.
I knew it would taste like this👍.
The owner of the sake shop said that the new sake should be kept at room temperature for about 3 months to get the full flavor.
