When the bottle is opened, it has an aroma that is typical of a draft sake, a sweetness that is more elegant than tasty, and an aftertaste that is somewhat lingering but not bothersome. After a couple of days, the aroma has settled down and it becomes easier to drink.

Not much of a scent. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a little bit of carbonation. I thought it might be sweet because it is a pure sake with an alcohol content of 15, but it has just the right amount of umami and sweetness. The aftertaste is sharp and refreshing, and it goes on and on and on.

At a Western-style restaurant on a business trip to Nagaoka with Western-style katsudon (pork cutlet served on top of a bowl of rice) Aroma of pineapple When you drink it, it tastes like an apple. Pleasant bitter aftertaste with a nice sharpness I have never had a drink like this before. Does it depend on the glass? Even if you drink it with a Western-style pork cutlet bowl, it doesn't lose at all. Akabu is good 🥰.

I stayed at a hotel in Shimizu on a business trip and the welcome drink was sake 🙌 There were 3 brands and I chose this one! It was between chilled and cold sake. Umami, dryness and smooth aftertaste. 7-Eleven Octopus and Broccoli with Basil Salad I was healed on a business trip~!

Moderate aroma Dry with just the right amount of umami. Seems to go well with all kinds of food. The sake leaves a bitter or astringent aftertaste, but it doesn't bother me while eating. The aroma does not interfere with the meal. Today I served it with chilled tofu and mizutaki.

I was researching Hiroshima sake and was curious about the ultimate food sake, so I bought it. It's dry, sharp, and has a good umami of rice. It's a shame that the 4 gou bottle ran out so quickly! I wanted to buy it in a bottle. Purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery

I had never had summer sake before, so I bought it for its name and appearance. When I bought it, I was told that it was like a rum jelly, so I took a sip to see what it was like, and I could smell and taste the sweetness. I thought the sweetness would linger on the palate, but it quickly fades away. It's not a food sake, so it's best enjoyed after a meal by itself or with a light snack.

It gives the impression of a solid sake in the mouth, but the aftertaste is sweet... too sweet 😓. When I bought it, I was told to try it on the rocks if it was too strong for me, but to be honest, even on the rocks it was tough 😰. I'm trying different brands, but this is one that made me realize again that I don't like sweetness.

Purchased alcohol that I had always been curious about. Sweet sake that is not sweet. I don't dislike it. I feel nostalgic for some reason. Added on May 2: Now that I think about it, it's more like makgeolli than sake.
