It gives the impression of a solid sake in the mouth, but the aftertaste is sweet... too sweet 😓. When I bought it, I was told to try it on the rocks if it was too strong for me, but to be honest, even on the rocks it was tough 😰. I'm trying different brands, but this is one that made me realize again that I don't like sweetness.

Purchased alcohol that I had always been curious about. Sweet sake that is not sweet. I don't dislike it. I feel nostalgic for some reason. Added on May 2: Now that I think about it, it's more like makgeolli than sake.

Purchased at Gurunaru Tokushima Roadside Station When I drank it cold, it was crisp and dry. The bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit harsh. The recommendation on the back of the bottle is to drink it at room temperature or hot.

In search of affordable regular sake A bottle of Junmai (pure rice) costs a whopping 2,100 yen! When I heard the price, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Cheap! I couldn't help but exclaim! This sake has a traditional "sake" feel to it! As the label on the back says, it would go well with Chinese food!

Souvenir from my daughter and her husband They said it was sent from a liquor mess. From the brand name, I thought it was a Tokyo sake, but it was a sake made by Maihime in Nagano to support Hachioji. It has a good balance of sweetness, deliciousness, and acidity, and is easy to drink with little bitterness.

One item that was recommended to me at my usual liquor store after I told them my preferences. Moderate aroma, balanced sweetness and umami, and a nice sharpness that I like. I could drink this all the time while eating! It's just too bad I've been so busy with work lately that I can't enjoy it as much as I'd like 😅.
