I stayed at a hotel in Shimizu on a business trip and the welcome drink was sake 🙌 There were 3 brands and I chose this one! It was between chilled and cold sake. Umami, dryness and smooth aftertaste. 7-Eleven Octopus and Broccoli with Basil Salad I was healed on a business trip~!

Moderate aroma Dry with just the right amount of umami. Seems to go well with all kinds of food. The sake leaves a bitter or astringent aftertaste, but it doesn't bother me while eating. The aroma does not interfere with the meal. Today I served it with chilled tofu and mizutaki.

When poured into a glass, it has a mild aroma and a gentle taste. It has a moderate ginjo aroma and is gentle on the palate. The aftertaste is tangy and dry. Serve with yakitori 🍶. Goes well with liver👍 Purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery

I was researching Hiroshima sake and was curious about the ultimate food sake, so I bought it. It's dry, sharp, and has a good umami of rice. It's a shame that the 4 gou bottle ran out so quickly! I wanted to buy it in a bottle. Purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery

I had never had summer sake before, so I bought it for its name and appearance. When I bought it, I was told that it was like a rum jelly, so I took a sip to see what it was like, and I could smell and taste the sweetness. I thought the sweetness would linger on the palate, but it quickly fades away. It's not a food sake, so it's best enjoyed after a meal by itself or with a light snack.

Record of alcoholic beverages previously consumed I don't know if it was the characteristics of the Manzai rice or the degree of polishing, but I remember it tasted a bit bland. I would like to try a more polished version.

It gives the impression of a solid sake in the mouth, but the aftertaste is sweet... too sweet 😓. When I bought it, I was told to try it on the rocks if it was too strong for me, but to be honest, even on the rocks it was tough 😰. I'm trying different brands, but this is one that made me realize again that I don't like sweetness.

Purchased alcohol that I had always been curious about. Sweet sake that is not sweet. I don't dislike it. I feel nostalgic for some reason. Added on May 2: Now that I think about it, it's more like makgeolli than sake.

Purchased at Gurunaru Tokushima Roadside Station When I drank it cold, it was crisp and dry. The bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit harsh. The recommendation on the back of the bottle is to drink it at room temperature or hot.
