Moderate aroma
Dry with just the right amount of umami.
Seems to go well with all kinds of food.
The sake leaves a bitter or astringent aftertaste, but it doesn't bother me while eating.
The aroma does not interfere with the meal.
Today I served it with chilled tofu and mizutaki.
